I've always had a good experience with them. I usually stop in to send returns back to various companies I shop from. They also offer personal mail boxes if you're not wanting to rent one from the post office. The staff are always nice and friendly. This place is a joke and I see no need for them when shipping packages. They just mark it up and farm it out. So the cost to ship will be 30-40% more than the post office. Not quite as bad a ripoff as the UPS store down the street but still bad. read more

The person at this facility was extremely rude. When I entered the facility, she did not come out to address me but rather, asked what I needed from another room. She apparently couldn't hear me from whatever room she was in so I had to come closer to find her so she could hear me. I felt very uncomfortable with the unnecessary attitude. She also did not have a mask on - I work in the healthcare industry and am around COVID patients often so this was risky on her behalf as well as mine. The owner put an ad in a local flyer. I went over after seeing in the AD that they were open only until 2PM on Saturday before the holiday weekend. I checked their internet WEB hours, and same thing, only open until 2PM Saturday. I got there at 1:30PM and they were CLOSED. I guess that the owner, Tony Gupta, would rather do anything but have a business run like a real business. So I headed over to the UPS Store which is a real franchise and runs like a real shipping store on Highway 50 not far away. I'll be using them. read more

I had an emergency circumstance that required me to overnight the keys to my abanded and wrecked car to be towed from public property 150 miles from here. I paid almost $48. AAA was on standby, as was the mechanics shop. The Key did not arrive until late on the second day, ( Friday) instead of Thursdsy Too late for AAA to tow to the mechanic..Now I will have to leave the totalled car until 4/23/18 when the mechanic returns I was severely injurred, now requiring someone to push me in a wheelchair, and not able to drive at all. I called this place to ask for some type of refund. They said no UPS needed to refund me. I went back and forth, several times between both of them. I was told by a woman that the boss would call me bsck. He never did. Meanwhile, I spoke with a manager at UPS headquarters, and learned that they can only credit that store. And it would only be for $9. Then after this the store was responsible for my credit. I placed another call to this establishment, a man answered, and once I said my name he immediately placed me on hold. After 1 hour of being on hold I hung up. Once again I called UPS and learned since UPS was only paid $9 out of my $47+ that I had paid this store the rest of the refund would need to come from the very store that was quickly proven to be dishonest, and unethical. Never would I go there again, and I would be sure if you decide to do business with this establishment please do so with full knowledge of the type of people you will be doing business with, and watch your wallet. I have now filed with my credit card company to have the money credited back to me. The people that own/run this store care nothing about the damage they have cost me. I would STRONGLY suggest you consider any place instead of this one. UPS will allow you to print your own label, and pick it up...No up charges. It is not required that you have an account with UPS to do this. They charged me almost 5 times what I should have paid. Once they realized that I knew what they had done, they would not communicate with me at all. Go anywhere but there, unless you wish to be ripped off!! They do not deserve 1 star! read more

I don't like to write unpleasant reviews, but I am going to this time. I took a package that I need to get to NC before Christmas and a bubble pack envelope to send regular mail. I went in knowing I would be paying quite a bit for the package and am ok with the price. However, I was shocked at what this establishment wanted to charge to mail a bubble envelope! The manager said it would be $16! That's right $16. I told him I didn't want priority, tracking or anything except postage. He then said it would be $9! I told him that I wasn't paying 3 times what inside cost me and ask if he had taken the tracking off the cost. He looked at me, laid the envelope aside and began helping the next in line. I was standing there waiting for the postage cost, and he just ignores me. After a couple of minutes the one employee ask me what I was waiting on. I said the cost for postage and she whispered to me to come back in the morning at 9 am! This leads me to believe something isn't right here. I thanked the lady and left. In the parking lot the customers the manager was helping came out with their package in hand. We agreed on the price being way more than necessary. Worst shipping location ever. Woman at the front desk was very sarcastic and rude. She seemed irritated that me and my husband asked more than once about the price of shipping our packages. We were quoted $53.87 to ship a box with 2 stuffed toys inside. We left and went to priority 1 shipping where we were quoted $18.00 to ship the same box. I would call that severe price gouging. Charges not described on receipt, just total. Does not address customer concerns when calling later to discuss purchase. Has a ready excuse for every question asked. If you are reading reviews on mail centers for some reason then TURN AROUND NOW AND DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Should have known when I saw the sign "not responsible for any damaged or missing packages" on their front door as you leave. They are absolute THIEVES and will go through your packages, see what they can sell for a good price, and steal it for themselves. Two packages with school books were taken here to be returned to Chegg and Amazon - each with three books. Two books did not make it. Package was sealed with tape and ready for shipment. Now I am having to fork out over $200 all because I didn't follow my instinct. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE! There are plenty of other reputable places that will do the job for cheaper and won't screw you over. Hopefully Titusville can eventually flush this scum out. Getting a mail box here seemed like a good idea as they are the only box company in the area. Beware! When you leave the area, they charge a RIDICULOUS amount to forward your mail, and eventually, they stop forwarding at all with no notice. They love you when you are a customer, but when you leave, they treat you very poorly. Guess they don't consider such things as online reviews, potential client referrals, or even if I return to the area in the future being a customer again. I've used the Mail Center on S. Hopkins maybe 5 times to drop off packages going back to Amazon or other retailers via UPS/FedEx. I like the convenience of their location and the fact that they're open until 5:30pm makes it so I don't have to leave work early (unless I need an item to go out that same day). I feel bad for the other folks who've had issues in the past, but my experience has been good and all my packages have arrived at their destinations within a few days. The Titusville PO is just too busy, so I appreciate the Mail Center being a nearby option for me. read more

My mom used this place's services to package up several items including an expensive leather handbag. For what they charged her, one would expect that a new, size appropriate box would be used as well as packing materials. What the Mail Center did was reuse and resize a USED Amazon shipping box. This is significant because the interior of the box was dirty. The Mail Center did not use a single piece of tissue or paper or plastic to protect the clothing or the purse. The purse should have been stuffed with paper to keep it's shape. Heck, if they had stuffed it with the clothes, both would have arrived cleaner and in better shape. They did not even use dunnage to keep the items from tossing around the box. Finally, I could see the name and address of the original recipient of the Amazon box. Tacky, tacky, tacky. Folks, just go to the US Post Office. They have free Priority boxes and give you tape and a counter to box up items on your own. read more

Please do not go here. I had to file a complaint against them with UPS. We had to redirect a package that was in transit. They charged us a fee which UPS later said they were not supposed to until the package was delivered. They took my payment and then refused to help me when the box was sent to the initial wrong address. The box was never redirected as promised. The lady working there said I was lucky as if the owner was there, he would have charged me even more! UPS is doing an investigation on my lost box as well as their business practices. I truly would recommend going to the post office. At least, they won't take your money without delivering! read more

This business is a ripoff! Avoid them at all costs! I mailed a shoe box sized item to a relative in Germany via DHL. He charged me over $100. over what I could have gotten via the USPO for the same service. He wanted to charge me over $150. over what the same service until I told him that I had looked online for that DHL service with the same package and weight. Left my planner on their counter while quickly gathering other items. Called the next day and went in and it had disappeared. Had the planner all my adult life with all addresses and sensitive info such as essential passwords, which I've since changed. Stay away from the Mail Center in Titusville! read more

If I could I would give this UPS shipping center a -10 !!!!! It is a RIPOFF !!! I shipped six boxes from this store just trying to find a place to ship packages out for my new small business. I had a total of 279 pounds and my bill was $434.71, keep in mind he didn't package them or sell me boxes or wrap them up to ship, he put a label on each box. I wasn't asking him to drive them to where they needed to go which was Michigan. About a week earlier I had shipped 3 boxes with the same weight to the same zip code for $131.00 from Staples. He did give me $40.00 off or ten percent of the bill, turns out probably his profit off of one box . The women that work there were extremely nice and helpful, I feel bad for them. I had gone back in the very next day to give him a chance to make it right, he said he couldn't. I have contacted UPS and will contact other agencies he is a rep for. I tried the local mom and pop shop and got burned beyond recognition. read more
