Came in today to get a passport photo. There was one customer in the store. The girl at the register stated that since it was just her she couldn't do it for another hour and to come back. I left and went to Walgreens in the same parking lot and was done in five minutes. She looked like she didn't know what she was doing. The service was not good. I would not come back here. read more

I recently learned of this UPS Store when a package was rerouted to the store after the delivery attempt of a package that required a signature. I drove over to the store upon receiving confirmation that my delivery was ready for pickup. Upon arrival, I was greeted by two young ladies who appeared to be watching television when I landed at the counter. I asked for my package and was informed that my package was not there and that they had only received two packages for one of their business accounts. I asked if they could contact the driver and was told that there was nothing they could do because UPS Stores are not actually part of regular UPS, and that the driver was not their regular driver. One of the young ladies offered to call UPS and was told that the package had been delivered to their location. Long story short.... The package had been delivered and they had checked in said package to their business customer. I could see a package the size of what I was expecting, and it wasn't until I asked them to physically look at the package, that they saw it was mine. It may not seem like a big deal to some, but this was a work laptop which could have been a really big deal had it been given to someone else. I am glad that Tulare has its own UPS Store. read more

This store is a rip off. Everytime we have a return for Amazon with states no package, box or bag required they still make you buy a bag! Only twice have they processed a return order like it clearly states with nothing just being dropped off. The young lady there today was very rude. I'm going to switch to Fed Ex or drop my returns at Kohl's. * Service -* for making people pay for items clearly NOT required from Amazon to return items. Ordered online at 10:50 PM 12/16, requesting color copies of two different documents in color on a regular size printer paper-whatever size that is 8x? When I walked in it didn't look good for me. The employee told me my order didn't come through on her end and somebody else normally forwarded those to her. I had the email with my confirmation number pulled up on my phone. Still, for some reason, I was unable to log into my account (website issue or human error)- whatever so I just reset it- in the meantime, I told her I needed these things soon, so she thankfully figured it out and printed that for me. I was upset and expressed it to the employee and I'm grateful this person showed me grace and kindness and made it happen for me. Great customer service with a person who can problem solve. There are ways to make things happen and luckily I had the right employee that day. Competence goes a long way. Having said that, why in the world can't an online order go straight to the store, get checked by the opener of said store, and then completed accordingly? It is a printer. Make it print. read more

On Friday the 19 of May I walked into the store with one package to get delivered. There was one customer being assisted by one clerk, As I waited another customer a entered the store , the clerk assisting the first customer was having difficulty with a machine after 7 minutes she requested help from another clerk which was sitting in the back , this whole time waiting we were not acknowledge weather, a Hi , thanks for waiting nothing. Terrible customer service. They lost my 2nd day letter. Corporate states the envelope never left the Tulare office . This started on September 7th. Been into store at least 5 times, called even more times than that. Always told they are running an inquiry and that I would receive a call back next day. Like that is too much to ask. Not a single call! Went back today and the computer didn't even have my claim number because it was so old. Come on guys,,, it's been almost 2 months. I can't imagine any circumstance that I don't deserve a refund. Why do I have too wait so long? read more
