the owners are very rude and staff say they have no management. was refunded my money after they failed to mail medication on 2 day delivery. After 5 days I grab the package and had ups across town send it. Owners left rude voice message on my phone stating I was not allowed back in the store again. Make a mistake a blame the customer! They are always friendly and helpful whenever I am shipping an Amazon return. The place is a bit small, so it get a little crowded when they get busy. They also have a notary public on site. I suggest calling first before heading to the store. We did not know that They only have 1 person who does notary, so we wasted 2 trips, 1 due to her leaving at 4pm and 2 she does take a lunch. It's not her fault but I wish I called first to confirm that notary was there. read more

Well they won't take it unless you purchase their bags for $1.99 and we're rude . The service at this store is good, my only warning is to anyone planning to drop off USPS packages here. Do yourself a favor and take them to the post office as they may go missing, much like mine did. I dropped off my USPS package at this store with a pre-paid label and it was never scanned as being picked up by USPS. According to the first girl I talked to from the store, this is a Very common occurrence due to the number of packages they sometimes need to pick up. It's now been close to 3 weeks and has disappeared completely. The manager of the store did contact USPS to open a case, which I did as well, but becuase I printed my own label and they don't typically scan these to confirm they were received, it's out of their hands. I definitely understand that they have no way of helping, which is why I won't be dropping off packages at this or any other UPS store in the future and strongly advise against it unless the process is changed to prevent this from happening in the future. read more

After evaluating my encounter with this store and owner to first see (1) If I was in the wrong or (2) If he was intentionally rude to me and just did not give a damn. I figured Option 2 was my choice especially after reading the bad reviews and comments here being that they outweighed the good. The Owner often does not know how to show true Customer Service to his everyday Customers that has kept him in business all Pandemic long. He does not know how to take "constructive criticism and often places place and money over a well done job." You try to explain to him politely where he or his staff made a mistake; (he will argue you down and brush you off). He treats his customers with respect according to who you are and often if he is helping you he would leave you whether it is in the middle of helping you on the self-service computer due to the store's own malfunctions of it's equipment from a program not working on the computer to making prints that are (1) not clear to (2) low ink that has not been placed in his Laser Black and White or Color Copiers/ Printer. Instead he would try to force you to take it as is not considering the fact that he sees the problem and the time charged that never stops for using the self-service computer. His attitude is starting to get bad and carefree and again, depending on "who you are" he's considerate and nice and preferably to White people and if they complain (he's at their service.) I have spent a lot of money with this man from packaging to notary and passport pictures and each time with him he's carefree with the bad services he's given and inaccurate information that causes you to have to return to the store to get things corrected. I had to do passport pics twice because he wanted to cut corners by telling me and my family member to smile and after traveling to our appointment from Vacaville early morning to San Francisco at 7:AM (the pictures were rejected) he then tried to justify his mistakes calling the US Post Office in San Francisco a lie and that we should go to the Sacramento one. When I told him No... He got upset and quickly said "here's your money back and I cannot correct the problem." The last time on January 22, 2021 we came up to get something notarized after giving him specific instructions on what kind of document it was "he stated Okay I can Notarize it but we close at 6:00 pm and we were there at 5:15 pm." and proceeded to close up and say... "Could you come back tomorrow as he took someone else in line after having us wait from 5:15 to 5:30 and then made another excuse that his family who works for him is waiting to get off work and that he needed to go now." This guy has an entitlement problem, he's rude, and plays too much where he want you to pay money for services he cannot provide or halfway deliver on. Do not get Notary Work here, Do not get packages sent off from here, and Do not get copies. He told me I should go to FED EX to because I did not want to take bad copies due to his copiers being low on ink and these were copies for a Motion I was sending for a court proceedings. Be careful with this rude ass guy!!! We cannot blame it on culture. He's just rude and want easy money not earned. read more

Rude I don't ship a lot, but when I do I usually frequent this store as it's close to my house. There are a few mom and pop places closer, and I should have been using them i see now. Scenario Had a person go out of their way for me dealing with a problem at work this week. Guy literally spend hours at night working out solution and helping me get things wrapped up. Job would have been a total loss otherwise. Jokingly said I'll send you a bottle for your help. He said it wasn't necessary], but he did like a nice bottle of gin. Thought about it later and decided to surprise him with a gift basket and a bottle. Now I'm sure there are not to many people who have the need to ship alcohol. And I googled "shipping alcohol" before I set out to accomplish this task. My quick read said usps is a no go. Ups and Fed ex make you label and require adult sig etc etc. I get to store, show guy I want to better package what I have. He goes dead pan and says "I can't ship that". I state I looked it up and only restriction I found was usps and said fed ex could. He said "well we're not fed ex". Ok but ups isn't restricted it said either. 'I can't ship it. If fed ex will ship it take it there". Problem is the tone and infliction of his voice. And the look of disgust, as if I was trying to ship dead puppies or child porn or something. I did more research, and I found yes, it is near impossible to ship alcohol private party to private party. And like I said I'm sure there's not a lot of people who know this. What I didn't need is the BS attitude from some kid who was probably barely of age to drink. What I could of used is possibly some help understanding the situation and some guidance on how to resolve it. It wasn't like there were lines of people waiting. Thanks Have a good one. AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU CAN. The owners/employees at the HARBISON location by Target are far nicer and really take care of you. I usually go there instead but since this location is closer to my house, decided to go here. I sold 2 items on a selling app and the labels were on my phone via the app. UPS is able to just scan the QR code off of my phone and print out the labels. I also just needed to purchase 2 boxes. The girl at the register tried to charge me an additional $25 for packing supplies without even asking. I told her I only needed the boxes. Then she tried charging me for a packing fee and materials. Again... told her I only needed the boxes and I questioned why am I being charged another $10 for a service fee? She said it's a convenience fee that they charge in order to pack your item and tape it. So you're telling me you charge that much for 4 strips of tape? LOL. I then proceeded to tell her the other location doesn't charge for such a fee and that I'll go there instead or I can pack it myself. And she said I couldn't because they already printed out my labels. I guess i understand that, okay whatever. But why can't I pack it myself if I just need the boxes? She then says she'll pack my items later. Excuse me??? You're crazy if you think I'm just going to leave without my items getting boxed up and taped up. So I waited until they packed up the items angrily. This location is a joke, the employees have the worst attitudes. Do better. read more

I came in this past Saturday and unfortunately had to wait in line which felt like forever. I know the young ladies were doing the best they could but it seems like every UPS store has a line out the door. With that said , I'd like to thank Tiara for helping me. Not only was she informative about my packages but she helped me take back two big boxes to my car. It has been 11 months. But the nanager there was a total ditwit. I was in earlier and mailed a package likeso many times. Four days later my package arrives. to me the wrong address the wrong state. No here comes thr part most people are ver well. But no this manager. she told me I screwed up. I said I had put on the right address on the box and the aapaper. The normal said she would finish up as I have been her before. I gavew her my addreass and she confirmed in the computer. After the poor service / bullshit I recieved I recieved there pretty much calling my an asshole. There was no medidation at all. Leave the store sorry you got screwed on your money. I just went in to ship a package. It cost an arm and a leg. The guy up front did not tell me anything about the total cost till the very end. I wish I had taken more time to drive to the other ups. They are friendlier and let you know about pricing along the way and propose ways for you to save. You cannot easily find that level of customer service. I find that this place, on the other hand, is all over the place with their customer service, depending on who is working that day. read more

Horrible customer service. I was informed by the clerk that the person who would notarize my documents was on the telephone in the back and would be with me shortly. The gentleman (Asshole) came to the front on the phone and flat out lied that the notary person was gone for the day. I believe it was Chad the manager. Today I dropped off a prepaid package. The label would not scan. The young lady at the counter instead *typed* in the tracking code. I asked her if she was sure she did not make a mistake. She said it was impossible, because the machine would not accept a wrong number. Guess what -- when I got home I found out she had typed in a wrong number. Wrong by 1 digit. After calling the UPS store, UPS, and even talking to the driver, they all say there is nothing they can do. The same person at the UPS store also told me a bunch of other nonsense stories about how the wrong tracking number doesn't matter. Anyone can make a mistake, but don't spout off a bunch of nonsense that is just plain wrong. I would have checked her typing all 18 digits if she hadn't told me that wrong numbers would not be accepted (presumably because there are check digits like in UPC codes, for example). If you use this store, be sure to get a receipt and check everything they do, because they are incompetent and seem to have problems with making it up as they go along. Though the staff was initially nice, I am out my next day air delivery charge. I called the UPS customer service and was told that any next day air packages needed to be warned that it may not make it because of severe weather. This was NEVER conveyed to me when I came into the store. When I called the store because of the package not being delivered, I was told that because of severe weather they do not issue guarantee refunds. Felt like a scam to keep my money and lose my package!!! read more

How do they know the cost of shipping if the item is not boxed and weighed. What a joke wanted to charge 16$ for a large box and about 70$ to ship to the Midwest GROUND! Staff is super friendly and down to earth, had to use the computer, print something out, make a couple copies and have something notarized and mailed out priority mail 30 bucks with no hassle no lines like the post office in and out. It's a lil more expensive then the post office but to be in and out with no lines saves time which time is money :) read more
