I have been utilizing this location for the past 4 years. They are always kind and professional. I also have a mail box there. I have 24 hour access and I love that my mail box has a street address. If you come during business hours to receive your mail they personally retrieve it for you. I have had Amazon packages delivered without any issues. When your package arrives they notify you via text. Even though I recently moved to Fairfield I still come over to this location for all my needs. I don't know how many times I've been in this place. But each time was an excellent experience. It continually amazes me how the Staff from the owner to the cashier , how everyone appears to be very professional, pleasant & knowledgeable. This time Sam was the one who helped me. And she was patient to print-out something for me that we have to wait until she gets it from her email. She even gave me their WIFI. For some reason it will not go through until she did it herself. This place is not all about shipping, it seems like they can do everything when it comes to important Documents. Zero stars, I had a mailbox here that I got rid of because they would hole punch my envelopes to try to see what it contained. I was sent a birthday gift to my old box by mistake and they stole the gift.. when confronted the owner or manager guy got very defensive, raising his voice to try to intimidate me until I left. read more

We have always used this store. The customer service has been wonderful, always helpful and efficient. I made a return three days ago, they scanned the code stuck it on the box gave me a receipt. Done. Easy. Today I started a return to Amazon, husband went to the store with the barcode and boxed return. Was told he had to print the return stickers, they wouldn't take the barcode off his phone, as they did mine. Ok, make him drive home, print the stickers and go back. Why not just charge us there to print the return stickers? What do people do that do not have a printer? Not use your store? I had a high-value large item to ship. Before posting on eBay, I brought the item in to the store so that they could tell me how much to securely box and ship the item. They took dimensions, and told me the box would be12 x 12 x 40. Okay, sold the item, and now when I bring it in, I'm told no, it would have to go i a 15 x 15 x 48 box for the insurance to cover damage, not just loss. Straight off my bottom line. How exactly can I keep from getting ripped off here? What these guys don't understand is that they will lose more business later than this kind of ripoff is worth to them. When I walk in, I'm greeted with a friendly smile, the service is quick and efficient, and the employees are always helpful. There is no wait time. I drop by during my lunch break and I'm in and out in less than 15 minutes. I love that! Their location, store hours, and services are convenient for me as well. I would recommend this UPS location. This is hands down my favorite UPS store. Recently, there was even a couple in front of me in line that said they came from out of town just to go to this UPS store - that's how you know it's that good! Nha is super friendly and helpful when it comes to shipping anything and everything. Even on an early weekend morning, he's got the biggest smile on his face that can turn anyone's frown upside down. Whenever I call or message on him on Yelp with questions, he is quick to respond and I've never had to wait longer than 5-10min in line - even during the holiday season! FYI if you're planning on shipping a lot of things, take advantage of the Yelp offer to spend $75 for $100 worth of services - just note, that you have to use it all at one time. Highly recommend this store if you need to ship small or large boxes. The great customer service and quick transit times make it worth spending the extra couple bucks compared to going to the post office. read more

It is such a nice surprise to go to a business that truly seems to care about how the customer is taken care of. The way they carry themselves and work hard to quickly and thoroughly as a Team to get each customer taken care of shows. And I appreciate it. I have gone to this place many times to do basic things such as drop off letters and boxes to be mailed to getting paperworks notarized. Each and every time, the same professionalism is there. Its funny how when I know I need to get these things done, such as mail boxes or notarize papers, I first have have this feeling of dread come over me. Love that they are open on Sundays because that's my only day off. Line was pretty fast. The guy was helpful with the type of packaging that is best for what I'm trying to send. Only 1-star off from me was the guy also seemed annoyed when I changed my shipping preference towards the end because he had already printed the label. I didn't know how much the packaging would cost, had I known it was gonna be a decent price I would've initially selected my shipping preference. But still good service overall. read more

Every time I go to the UPS store on Harbison Dr. the employees are kind and extremely helpful! They go above and beyond. When I arrived they were super busy, but each employee was calm and focused on their customer. I see a previous review that says the manager makes wise cracks. Actually, he has a great sense of humor in a very stressful business and he is just lightning the mood. They had peaceful music on and some type of pleasant scent. For a hectic situation, they strive to provide a calm feeling. I had a very large fax so I was able to sit and observe interactions for quite awhile. I'm really appreciative that this type of customer service still exists. I absolutely love this location and the wonderful staff. I drive from Fairfield just to mail things out. You are ALWAYS greeted with a smile and the most outstanding customer service.
