When items are lost, it takes weeks to resolve and you have to jump through a phenomenal number of hoops to even have UPS acknowledge it, let alone cover it. Sharp scissors let me cut the cardboard to fit. Super helpful!

They ring the buzzer (which rings 3 times ) then just as you are about to pick it up....it stops , and away goes UPS.... I was eagerly waiting with my UPS tracking screen on and my paranoia vision TV Security channel on. Nothing ... I had called UPS to ask that they send a message to the driver, that if there was no response to the buzzer, to please call me. I would go down. Imagine my surprise, when after wasting my entire day waiting around- that the status had changed online to Delivery Attempt - No answer! They had not even tried to ring buzzer or call me. I was not happy. I called to ask that they drop it off at The UPS store. They did! I wanted to know why and what the form was, to which he started raising the volume of his tone, saying, "YOU HAVE TO DO IT, YOU HAVE TO!!!" sounding very grumpy and demanding, questioning me about what's inside the package, to which I said (electronics). He then got impatient and hostile, making 2 more customers uncomfortable. I then said - "Sir can you calm down?" To which he said - "GET THE F*CK OUTTA MY STORE!!!" coming around the counter, getting in my face ready to fight me. I then got my phone out and started recording him, to which he felt uncomfortable knowing he was being filmed, so unfortunately I didn't get him on video when he got ready to box me. I was going to call 911 but didn't since he realized he's on video just days away from going viral on TikTok, so he started to control himself. But it doesn't stop there.... He starts to mock, making silly faces at me, and said - "ARE YOU SENDING DRUGS?" which you can hear in the video. I've seen him before at the store, and he's very rude and aggressive to his customers, but on this occasion he overboiled and will probably skip Thanksgiving Day this year. Never had a problem with UPS, but they need to do a better job when hiring people. Workers like this can affect the company's rep and lose customers. Prepaid label with overnight shipping ready to be dropped off. The young staff lady at the counter accepted it and I was out in 2 minutes. She was already in the middle of helping another customer filling out paperwork for his packages but helped me out as well. She immediately offered a receipt to confirm my parcel was shipped out at the time. Fortunately, my parcel was safely delivered to Fedex on time since I made it before their 3pm pick up time. The day after my Fedex overnight delivery parcel was sent, I checked the tracking status online and it was already in Ontario. As a frequent skytrain transit user, I like the location since it is conveniently located a block away from Oakridge-41st skytrain station. I will definitely come back if I ever have a Fedex package that needs to be dropped off. Really have nothing bad to say about this place. 5 stars.

They have also been super helpful in offering options and solutions to some of my more challenging shipping projects. They have an excellent variety of different sized boxes, crates, tape, and bubble wrap. You can either package stuff yourself or they can package stuff for you. The part that I appreciate the most is the fact that they have access to a variety of shippers so they can offer me the most affordable choices for what I need. I input the number of Phantoms website. Order not found. Weird. I call customer service and they say they shipped my package back to Clearly because I wasn't home! Are you kidding me?
