Do not go to this store unless you want a big headache and want your things stolen! I paid for a 2 day shipping to ship out a camera to Alaska, well the camera never left the store and was never shipped, and the lady that took my camera even asked me what I had in it and I told her, pretty shady store, when I filed a complaint they only sent me a check of $100 and that even took forever to receive! my camera was worth over $500 and keep in mind I still paid almost $50 to do the 2 day shipping ! Again do not go there unless you want your things to disappear! Never again! No stars! I only put 1 star because I have to put it if I want this post on here. HORRIBLE SERVICE! read more

Horrible customer service. First time in there and there was no type of customer service. I just went in to return something that was bought from amazon and the gentlemen that attended me was unsocial and just had commands on what to do. When he handed me a paper which keep in mind I never been in there nor returned anything I asked if there was anything else I needed to do and the gentleman walking away not even facing me said nope. When he returned I approached him about his rudeness and non customer service he said okay. I informed him the least he can say is have a nice day. I was in retail for 12 years and I understand that we have our days. But we don't take it out on customers. I still work in customer service and I still approach each client with courtesy and respect as I don't know who they are and what they have been through. I walked out because I was upset. I understand we have our bad days but understand your attitude rubs off on other people and it causes a ripple affect. He needs to have a little more training on customer service. read more

Always very helpful I have had many packages packed there no problem. Regardless on what they are wearing I went to the Akers store once worst mistake not helpful my packaged was damaged they did nothing the owner loves her cell phone I will never go to the Akers store again. This place is a joke poor customer service workers are unprofessionally trained and also poorly dressed. Went in for a background check and was told they could not do it because it was busy only 2 workers there. Both were dressed sloppy kept going to the back non stop texting said they were texting owner/manager can imagine what he at she looked like. UPS store on Goshen / Akers all are professionally dressed and trained always helpful would not trust this store on Mooney Blvd to even ship an empty box!!!! Rude customer service, the worst! I was excited to mail my grandchildren some new school clothes, they live in Oregon. I asked for a piece of tape for my package. The older dark haired counter lady said I could just have one piece if I was mailing the package with them. Of course I was! Duh, that's why was I there. I also wanted to mail a letter. A male counter person placed it on the scale, then spent at least 5 minutes trying to figure what to charge me, instead of letting me buy a stamp and ignoring my attempts to ask why. It cost $1.75 to mail the letter. I paid for everything, then watched them all walk away toward the back, leaving my letter and package just sitting there. I honestly don't know where they will end up. Rude! I will drive and extra 25 miles to Hanford to avoid this Visalia store. read more

I was told I could have packages shipped here for me to pick up. Well, it ended up costing me $90 to pick up 18 boxes which arrived here just a few hours ago, today. Did you get that? Ninety dollars! Naturally, they didn't tell me about this until I came over to pick them up. Of course, they have the right to charge whatever they want, no matter how outrageous. The counterpart is, I have the right to not patronize their business. I will be exercising that right from this day onward. read more

I called this UPS location because I tracked my package there and I need to ask them some questions about picking it up. Well the woman who answered the phone had an attitude in her voice from the second she picked up the phone, she kept telling me to speak louder and I was practically shouting, then she told me to take her off speaker so I notified her my phone was not on speaker. She told me to turn my volume up, and I told her it was at its highest setting. So all of a sudden she could hear me clearly(after I changed nothing), only to tell me to hang up and call their 1-800 number.
