    Employees are great, worked very fast, were super responsive, and there was no line!! Definitely recommend!!

I could not be happier with the choice to do so…read more The care and expertise with which they handled my belongings was as if it were their own. This is a reflection of careful recruitment and management of their great staff. Not only do they bring skill and strength but also specialized equipment that reflects their professionalism. I was also impressed with the integrity with which they conducted business. By this I mean they keep their commitments and were very responsible and considerate of our time and energy. Their communication and follow through is thorough and proactive. Which I especially appreciated as it took a lot of the burden of the moving process off of my shoulders during what is already an unsettling stressful process. Finally, their professional demeanor was wonderful. Working with The Movers is like working with dear old friends that bring their A game every day. Thank you guys. You were really a blessing to us.

    HORRIBLE moving company!!! I hired this fly-by-night so…read morecalled moving company "The Movers 911" in June of 2023' to move my residence. It was a short move approximately 7 miles. Initial conversations with guy named John in "The Movers 911" office went well. He outlined the parameters and processes the company, follows and what they can, and cannot do and what they are able to do on the day of the move. Later, when the moving crew arrived at my house, I would find out most of what this John guy told me was not true. It was simply a ploy to get me to use them for my move. He had no clue what he was talking about! Then moving day came and everything got worse from there! First, the crew arrived over an hour late. Second, the company sent 4 guys when I only booked 3 (they charge per man, per hour). Once they arrived it took the very sluggish crew 15 - 20 minutes just to get out of their vehicles and introduce themselves to me at which time only one engaged with me as the team supervisor. I had to approach and introduce myself to the rest of the crew as they acted socially inept, very unprofessional! Not to mention their appearance was very disheveled and unwarranted given the task and they looked and acted like they just left the bar as opposed to showing up for work ready to present themselves to a new customer in a professional and respectful manner. Next I had to show the crew around my house to show them everything that needed moved as they acted like they didn't know what to do. Shortly after that, without even asking for permission, one of the crew members started walking around my house and taking pics with his cell phone. Within a few minutes the crew stated they were not going to move anything and they left. I immediately called "The Movers 911" office to report what had happened and state my shock and frustration at what their crew had done. I ended up speaking with the same John guy I had previously talked with several times, except now John was no longer the same guy but rather a psychopath who proceeded to verbally attack me and accuse me of not being the right kind of customer for them. I asked for his managers name and to speak with him to which he refused and stated I didn't need to know that. EXTREMELY unprofessional and overall sketchy!! Between the company lying about how they operate, trying to charge me for extra workers, showing up late, complaining about being tired from working the day before, not knowing what to do or how to do it, being sluggish and acting and appearing VERY unprofessional, and having to deal with a pathological liar running the office, there are PLENTY of reasons not to hire this company!! DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

    I had a wonderful experience here over a month ago (on Jan. 4th). I drove straight here after work…read more I went to scan, make copies, and mail an important document (a big application). The staff person (I forgot her name) was very helpful in scanning my docs for me and saving it unto my flash drive. I had first logged unto the computer to scan my docs (to email it to myself) but the scanner next to the computer only scanned documents one-by-one which would have taken me the whole night to scan. So I was very happy when the FedEx worker helped me scan them for free. Once my whole packet was ready to mail, I placed them in the FedEx envelope and choose a mailing option. My package could have arrived the next day if I wanted it too but I choose 4 day shipping instead. I got a receipt with a tracking number and I was set. Service here is great so I will definitely be back. P.S. If you use their computers, know what you want to do and don't waste time. They charge by the minute I believe.

    I came in to pick up prints I had already ordered, and like everyone else, I waited in line…read morepatiently. Every time I order prints, I pay extra to have the white borders cut off because it's a service THEY offer. The staff was rude about it from the beginning. First, they told me to wait 5 minutes, which I had no problem doing. Then after I had already paid for the service, they came back and told me they "couldn't do it because they were busy." Meanwhile, there were only two customers in the store, including me. Everyone has to wait their turn, and customer services should be completed in order. If you offer and charge for a service, you should follow through on it instead of making excuses after payment.
