Super service. Parking lot was packed but inside? Smooth as butter. One line fed into 4 attendants. One attendant would come out into the line to see what services the next couple customers needed so they could point you to the right attendant when they were free. I had an Amazon return. All I had to do was bring my item without the shipping box, have them scan a QR code provided by Amazon, they placed my item in a clear bag, printed a label and receipt for me, and I was in and out in a matter if 5 minutes with service that was fast and courteous. Seriously, on the Saturday before Christmas. Pretty darned spectacular! read more

I would like to commend the manager and the one clerk working today, I watch a situation escalating with language barrier and customer was very, very upset . Onward the staff did an amazing job trying to the male to understand was beyond there capabilities but for 15 minutes or more the manager persistently remained calmed and still continued to give top notch service. read more

Unfortunately, I had to remove my previous review since I did have an issue on 2-1-22. I paid $28 to ship a CD Player across PA. Terri , the girl re packed with more bubble wrap that I paid for, and the CD Player got damaged, there is a dent on right side of it and you can't put a CD in since the drawer will not open. A claim was filed and it stated.... get this... not enough packaging. Keep in mind I paid extra for that. I lost that CD Player its useless and the guy who bought it got his money back, so I am out money and a product I guess I will try other avenues. The girls are really nice but someone damaged the CD Player, I guess one of the handlers. read more

Everything we needed to be printed for our wedding (invitations, signs, etc.) was completed by UPS in White Oak. Lacey and Autumn were very helpful and easy to work with. All prints were completed quickly. I recommend everyone to do all their printing and shipping through this store because it has been such a great experience working with them. read more

Very rude people in this store. I'm from out of town and came in to print an email off, one page. As the lady in the front walked away from me she told me it's going to be $2.00 plus whatever I print. I said wow that's expensive. She then went back to the back area and talked about my comments and they all giggled like little school girls. The lady at the computer in the back started shaking her head. I sent it to the store email and the guy said he couldn't find it. He took my phone and started to try and resend it. I told him I can do it and took my phone back. He wanted me to text it to the store email. I said that isn't possible. He said there was an issue with my phone and sorry but they couldn't print it for me. As I was looking over his shoulder I noticed the deleted items folder had unread messages. I asked him to click on it. He said nothing is in there, but I insisted he look. Sure enough it was. I believe that lady in the back deleted it out of spite. Then a gentleman came in wanting a 1 page scan of a document, they shouted $5.00. When the customer said that was way too much and walked out the lady in the back laughed and made grunting noises and face and shook her head out of disbelief. I have been to many UPS stores and this one has the most outrages customer service and prices for things that should only cost under $1. The last few items I have had printed off were 75 cents at other UPS Stores! But they wanted to charge me over $2! The fee ended up being $1.11. Will NEVER come back to this location due to the nasty attitude the employees had towards customers. read more

I just waited 20 minutes to pick up a package, and it wasn't because the store was busy. I was immediately greeted, and I explained what I was in need of. The employee said she didn't know how to check a package out for pick up and that I would need to wait for the other employee, who was waiting on a customer at the time. Both employees assumed I was waited on for about 5-7 minutes after that. Then the employee who I was waiting to help me explained that she didn't know how to check out a package either, because she had only done it once or twice before. She spent about 10 minutes looking for instructions and making phone calls for assistance. She eventually located the instructions and fumbled through the process on the computer for another 5 minutes. I was told by UPS to bring government issued ID, but was never asked to present it. When I was finally told I could take the package, the employee said she was just glad she was able to figure out how to check the package out. I wish these employees had been trained on how to do their jobs. read more

I went to this location because I could make an appointment online to get my FBI fingerprints done there. The appointment was on a Saturday morning, and some other customers were there, but the store was not too busy. I was immediately greeted and taken to the fingerprinting machine. My fingerprints are always difficult to capture, so the employee had to redo them many times, but she was patient. The FBI accepted the fingerprints. I would return to this location in the future to get my fingerprints done. read more

This is your go to store for copies shipping. Everyone's very helpful here specially understanding different software for making posters and flyers, resumes , etc. customer service is always been excellent. Sometimes I wish they were open till nine or 10 o'clock at night. read more

With one phone call and a 60 minute turn around, the UPS Store in White Oak did what the others could not do. The poster was perfect! And, it was the center piece for mom's special day. Thank you!! I've visited this location twice and both times left shocked at how much I was charged for the services I required. Visit number 1: We entered and needed to wait while other customers finished their business. My 3 children were nicely looking at the cards and were told they were not allowed to turn the spinning card rack. Then my almost 10 year old was looking for a box envelopes for us to purchase and was told not to touch anything. I was furious and had to force the kids to come sit and wait near the counter. Unfortunately, I had only been in town for a few days and didn't know of any other options for mailing out fragile packaging otherwise I would have taken my business elsewhere. When it came to actually packaging and mailing I am honestly not sure whether the gal had the best interest of my package arriving safely or her ability to charge me as much as possible as her true priority. It cost me over $400 to send off 2 packages, that she insisted on double boxing in overly large boxes that I had to pay premium for. I gave her the benefit of the doubt during this visit due to the nature of what I was sending. Visit number 2: I needed to send a quick fax and had to pay $5 to send 3 pages. This seems outrageous, however again I was at the mercy of what was quick and close. While I was there I witnessed the packaging lady from my previous visit insist that another customer pay $4 for a padded outter envelope for her single legal size envelope that she was sending because it had an important document. Bottom line is, I'm glad I'm moving out of the area and have hopes that my new local UPS is more concerned with customer service, rather than only being focused on the bottom line. I understand needing to turn a profit, but gauging your customers unnecessarily is not going to encourage them to be loyal to your business. read more
