I went in to scan some papers and send them to my e-mail......every other UPS store I've been in was competent for this exact purpose. Not this one. The kid didn't acknowledge they even had a scanner when I asked. I then noticed a scanner with a "scan" button on it. i walked over. Got reprimanded by the kid for "pushing buttons", which is funny because he obviously didn't know what he was doing either and called over another employee for help. This other kid tried to do something with their computer to activate the scanner but after 5 minutes of fumbling around proved incapable. "Should I just go home?" I asked. "Umm......yeah.....I guess so," he replied. So here I am writing this review. Whoever manages this store should teach their employees how to use the equipment. I give it a second star because to their credit, they were diligent about only letting 3 people in at a time. read more

Terrible service, they are locally owned and refuse to utilize UPS' online services/registration site. When I submitted for an appointment online I was told in purpose by the employed (this was Saturday) that they don't manage the website and there are no appointments. When I asked why she said she didn't know and not her issue. She then told my wife and I to leave as our kids were upsetting her. Plenty of other places around that are competent and civil. read more

Rafeek was professional and helpful on the phone and when I went to the store to find my package that was to be delivered today. When I called later, a female answered the phone and when I asked her for her name, she disconnected me, so I called again and asked for her name and she disconnected me again. read more

They are incredibly unhelpful and rude! Sent a package overnight t did not arrive on time due to UPS having incorrectly sort it. Called seeking a refund and have been given the biggest run around by a very rude woman named Jasmine. She claims she doesn't know how to do it and on and on! read more

I recently went to this location for two purposes: to get a form notarized as well as to send some documents overnight. The first time I arrived around 6pm and the notary was not there. I was frustrated but understood because I did show up after normal "work day" hours. I asked what the best time would be to come in and the guy with the glasses told me between 11am-2pm. This wasn't possible the following day but I specifically asked him about Wednesday because I was off of work that day. I said "Will she be here Wednesday?" and he replied "Yes." When I called Wednesday morning around 10am to see if she was present, I was informed that she would not be in the whole day. She had the day off. And so I asked if the man on the phone was the person I spoke with the prior Monday and he said "probably". I then told him that for this ridiculousness, I was going to put a review on yelp and take my business elsewhere. I am new to the area, and I loved my UPS store back at home. This one is ridiculous. I'm going to the one in Bryn Mawr. We will see how that goes. read more

This UPS has always has great service. But two days ago when I went there Rafeek really went above and beyond to help me out and I couldn't thank him enough. He went out his way when he didn't have to. I can tell he loves helping people and isn't just there for the money he makes the most out of his job and I appreciate his service. We have had a mailbox at this site for many years now. In the past six months, our mail has been forwarded to the incorrect address several times. I have called and been put on hold for over ten minutes where I had to call back 3x having been left on hold and/or hung up on as I waited. Earlier today, I called to find out about yet another missing package, and the gentleman I was speaking to started helping a customer in the store without telling or asking to put me on hold. I was so fed up with the lack of customer service today that I asked for the name of the owner. I was told by the person there whose name I know and will withhold here, that they are not allowed to do that. I will be calling the main UPS number on Monday to file a complaint. read more

Went here for your basic visit. I needed to ship an item. I walked in, and was immediately greeted by a polite guy (the receipt says Andrew, he had a goatee). I handed him the item and he asked me my telephone, name, address, where I wanted it shipped, and how much the item was worth (for insurance purposes). UPS would take care of all of the packaging and that nonsense so I don't have to. I signed two things and I was out of there. I also noticed the store seemed well staffed and got through three customers in less than five minutes while I was there. This was my third visit. read more

My name is Sade Spencer and I'm a former employee with The UPS Store. I was the lead associate when I left and really enjoyed my job and my co-workers. However now that I'm no longer employed I went to this specific store to do business. I need business cards printed and put in an order for a custome hoodie. They have a new worker by the name of Marcus Rivera, he's their print specialist. However 2 weeks after putting my order in I still have not received anything. Every day Marcus said he would bring in the hoodie and when I call to confirm it's ready he say he left it home. This went on for over a week. Now 2 weeks later I still don't have my hoodie. I also went to him to create my Logo. He created 3 and I was able to choose the one I like most. At the time he didn't mention I needed to make a payment before the process was started. The logo was only about $25 dollars if that so the money was never a issue. After it's created I hear from other employees that Marcus and the manager Khia Preston was talking about me making a big deal over this payment as if I wasn't going to pay for the services, which is very unprofessional. Last thing I need created was business cards but due to the fact I never received my hoodie after 2 weeks I won't be going back. Again I am a former employee and wanted to do business with them because I thought I could trust them. Never had a issue before nor have I ever asked for a discount. I've always been professional and am now a "paying customer" but was not treated as such. Due to the fact I used to work here I feel there's no sense of urgency to get the job done but at this point I am a paying customer. I highly recommend if you want business cards or anything else you visit any one of the Fedex offices. I used to work for them as well, however whenever I need cards or flyers I'm still treated like a customer and not a former employee. I'm addition if this store is trying to reach their sales goals then Khia (operations manager) should advise Marcus (print specialist) not to advise customers to use Fiver.com just because he doesn't feel like doing his job. If you have to visit this location ask for Rafeek, Deb, or Jasmine they're very helpful. read more

the service here is "top of the line." I wanted to make one double-sided color copy and the machines there are really too complicated for casual use. but they didn't stop trying to make my copy until i was satisfied. the people there go completely out of the way to help. read more
