Stay away from this UPS store. All my glassware was broken when I received it. Owner rude, no customer service, blamed me for the issue. No peanuts, bubblewrap on my glassware. I use my UPS store here in San Diego and their awesome. This place isn't trust worthy. read more

BEWARE OF RAISED SHIPPING COSTS! UPS apparently raises their shipping fees at Christmas in order to profit from this time of year! I wont due business again with such a company that takes advantage of customers like this. USPS is the way to go apparently.. I shipped three boxes that cost over two-hundred dollars that were in no way over-sized or very heavy-the heaviest was 17 pounds and cost $64 dollars!!! So much for my continued patronage. read more

I went in right before closing needing papers to be notarized and copied and to be sent overnight. Trey helped me. The place was extremely busy and I expected to be told to come back tomorrow. To my surprise, he and the other employee couldn't have been nicer. To have a lobby full of customers in the last 15 min before closing can be stressful. He was very patient; helping me through my anxiety making sure it was filled out correctly. They are under new ownership trying to change some very bad reviews from before he bought it. If you've been there before December and did not get great service, please try again! I promise you'll be more than pleased! read more

Me my grandmother and my sister went in today to return a a damaged package from amazon. When we came in we were never greeted by anyone, but nonetheless continued with out return. Shelly was the associate that "helped" us. Right off the bat she seemed to be annoyed with the fact that we were unsure in how to get access to the label that needed to be printed in order to complete the return. She just said "send it to our email" and was looking for a way to do that and she looked at the phone and said "that's not how you do it". Instead of helping us, she ignored us and took another customer, then instructed Susan to help us. She was very nice and helpful while her coworker Shelly was rude to not only us but also Susan. In the end she was overly angry when no one was nasty to her. It was just overall a very disappointing experience. read more

Stopped in at this UPS store location to have passport photos done. I initially went to the UPS store on William Burgess Blvd. but was told that they no longer do passport photos despite the website and sign stating that they do. The employee I spoke to said they were sending everyone to this location on Rt. 200. So I traveled to the 2nd closest UPS store location where I was met at the counter by an employee who told me that I'd have to wait for photos. (I was the only one in the store). I told him that the William Burgess store told me that you accept walk ins?? He consulted with someone towards the back who stated "I'm on lunch". She is apparently the only person there who can do photos?? So, I then traveled to the 3rd closest UPS store to me (on Sadler Rd) where I was able to get my photos done quickly with excellent customer service. read more

I've used UPS heavily over the last 11 years but only recently this location after moving to the area this past June. No matter who I get at the counter they're always helpful and professional. Most recently I needed a presentation printed, laminated, and bound. They nailed it! I will definitely continue to go to this location more and more nowadays. read more

I had to get some legal documents notarized with two witnesses, which is rather odd, but that was the requirement. I went in and though I had to wait as there was a little bit of a line, she took care of it very smoothly. We found out a few days later that we had completed the document incorrectly (my wife and I, NOT the notary), so redid the forms and went back to the store. She only had one assistant working at the time so told me when to come back and sure enough, she was able to get everything done quickly and smoothly again. No issues at all, and she charged much less than I expected. read more

Popped in here per a request of my wife to drop off an immense amount of CLEAN bubble wrap that came with a piece of large furniture we had ordered from a furniture company and that I had carted around in my pick up truck bed for several days before I made it to the UPS store in Yulee. Showed up Around 530 PM and was told that they could not take it to use. They said that their bubble wrap had to come from the UPS store. I asked them if they realize this was coming off their bottom line and they shrugged his shoulders. Pretty obtuse thinking for a national chain. Whatever. Dumpster... Here it comes. Just so you know, they probably charge you 2 to 3 dollars per foot for bubble wrap and when you go there to have some thing wrapped and sent. FYI. read more

I have been in many times to return items. There is a middle aged woman who works here with dark hair that is very rude. I thought she may be having a bad day but it's been consistent every time she's "helped" me. Has an attitude and is very condescending. read more

I had to ship a large reel to reel deck to get repaired. It was going to travel about 700 miles. I had been given specific instructions on packing that involved double boxing. The people at the UPS store did a fantastic job. The repair guy said it was packed very well. I'm very very happy. read more

Owner "Karen" strikes again! Every time I visit this store, the owner and her employees are the rudest, most anti-customer service I have ever seen. The staff at this store will argue with a customer and demean them when they ask a question with no regard for customer service. I don't understand how someone can be this unkind to people and be in a business who serves customers. The crazy part is she owns the store at Wildlight and the staff at this location are completely different, they are friendly and provide almost good service. I guess it's because the owner does not work at that location and does not set the mood! Seriously, this lady needs to find another profession or quit working in the store and let others handle the customers. If it were not for the self serve kiosk in this store, I would not visit it at all, I would drive to Fernandina which is way out of my way! If you are the owner and are reading this, please adjust your attitude towards people and provide better service. read more

We needed to ship a Pelican Case up to to Illinois a few weeks before Christmas so we took it to our local UPS store. The staff is great, timely, and friendly - nothing bad to say about them at all. However, we were in shock with the pricing of the shipping. The Pelican Case weighed in about 45/50lbs - they charged us extra due to it not being in a "box." We told them Pelican Cases are specifically made for shipping items - didn't matter. We were charged due to it not being in a box. The total price for shipping came out to be $360!!! To say we were in shock was an understatement. But it was a special package that needed to get to family so we paid it. Now - a few weeks later when shipping the Pelican Case from Illinois back to Florida - we added presents to it again to be shipped back South - we took it to the local FedEx place there by the families house. Bracing ourselves for yet another almost $400 pricing - we were THRILLED (but NOT impressed now with UPS) that FedEx charged us a mere $156 to ship it back - and it was now weighing in 20 lbs heavier than when we shipped it a few weeks prior!! Absolutely RIDICULOUS on UPS to charge such a absurd price AND charge due to not being in a box when this case is specifically made for shipping delicate items. We will not be shipping with them any longer and will now go with FedEx due to their pricing being better it seems. read more

6-13-22 Useless! Went in to get a return label to send to someone who I sent a package to that they want to return because I couldn't get it to work online. The lady couldn't understand what I was saying, kept saying "what?" She said they are unable to tell me how much the return shipping will be from a different state back to me, that the person returning it has to get the label and pay there.???? I have had people send me return shipping labels from UPS so I know it can be done read more

Shelly is so rude, and acts like everyone is dumb, sorry shelly the box was provided by my employer (a ups box) she lectured it was the "wrong kind of box" and the plastic piece was for "air only" and huff and puffed about it... save your lecture and rip the damn plastic off if you're so bothered. read more

I came here just to drop off a couple of things - super easy. I had them sealed up, pre-packaged with labels, ready to go. The lady (who looked like the manager possibly) was so rude and short with me and acted like I was a major inconvenience to her, when all she had to do was scan my items. I believe her name was Shelly. This could have been an easy and pleasant experience but she had horrible customer service skills and I will not be returning to this location. Terrible. read more

both times i came to this location to ship items, the employees were super rude. my first encounter was in the morning a bit after they openers . i was shipping 3 lightweight, small items and was met with a woman who seems very annoyed with me for no reason, kind of made me feel like i was dumb and she didn't want me there. i came in a few days later, 20 minutes before close, and the manager, Shelly, seemed super annoyed that we were there. i was shipping 4 vinyls and a framed autograph. i had triple bubble wrapped the vinyls and put them in a bubble mailer. Then, Shelly was very rude and said "those HAVE to go in a box, they go down a 60 mile per hour conveyor belt." she said it in a way that made me feel like i was stupid and she was VERY annoyed. Shelly took my things to package them up, didn't really speak to us. she asked me if all of the items were going to the same place, i said no. she huffed and rolled her eyes, then rudely said "well i need you to write down all the names." then at checkout, it was 6:45, she said "and you do know we close at 6:30, right? very snarkily. YES, i do know you close at 6:30, i came in 20 minutes before that. There were other customers there that Shelly was rude to. the two gentlemen behind me had 2 packages, but they deemed their boxes unacceptable and then shirley said, WHILE she was helping me, "you do know we close at 6:30?? we can take them but they won't get processed until tomorrow because i'm ALREADY gonna be here later than normal." implying that me being there was keeping her late and she didn't want to be there. i understand not wanting to stay a few minutes after close, but you don't have to be unnecessarily disrespectful to everyone you speak to. i will not be coming back to this location. and to the owner, Susan. you don't need to reply to this comment because i've seen your smart ass replies to other people on their reviews. you must be where Shelly gets the snarky, rude-ass, attitude from. read more
