It's a very smooth operation... I can honestly say they put the customer first. This is a busy store, but the owner & her employees have an incredible system & work together so well. They were able to get everyone taken care of without a hitch. My fingerprinting appointment was at 1:30 pm & I was taken right on time. The young lady who did my fingerprinting was very nice, professional & explained to me that they use digital fingerprinting for the company that requested my fingerprints. That was a pleasant surprise because I was dreading the black ink on my 10 fingers!

All of the employees working at the counter were pre occupied with personal conversations the entire time, repeatedly interrupting the process of shipping my package. I understand that employees chat with coworkers throughout the day like we all do but there is a difference between casual conversation and making a customer feel like they're interrupting something more important. The employee would type part of my address, turn around to continue her conversation, weigh my package, turn around again to talk to her coworkers, and repeat the cycle throughout the transaction. What should have been a simple shipment took approximately 12 minutes to place a single item in a bag and print a shipping label because the employees seemed far more focused on their personal conversations than the customer standing in front of them. To make matters worse after I paid the employee handed me my tracking receipt and immediately walked away without saying a word no "You're all set," no confirmation that the transaction was complete .nothing. She simply walked away to continue her conversation that i interrupted leaving me standing there wondering if there was anything else I needed to do. Eventually, I just shrugged and left. Professionalism, basic communication, and customer acknowledgment were completely lacking during this visit.

They offer several different logistics options here like FedEx, DHL, and even USPS! I technically love the USPS flat rate boxes when sending packages to my family and friends. The fact that this venue helped me pick the right options that made the most sense like shipping times, signage options, size of boxes was a winner for me. The gentleman that helped me even helped me decide to add some packaging peanuts to keep my items more organized by filling in the gaps. I looooved that I was able to get an email from them that gave me my tracking number. It made me more confident and excited to watch the progress of my gifts to my family. I am grateful for their excellence! What a great blessing they are to help us reach our loved ones with their organizational skills and knowledge.

    Went to this location to send a package. The clerk printed…read morethe label and placed it on the box. Two days later the package is retuned by UPS. Apparently the driver or someone from UPS after the box was scanned removed the label. UPS opened the box and sent it back to me. Thanks to Christina at the UPS store, I received a replacement label and she put the box in an upgrade container. Highly recommend this store. AND they play really cool music while you are in the store.

We sent important documents from Fl to NC and paid $135 to have it guaranteed delivery by 2:00 next day. Apparently, they decided that flying it to Kentucky was the logical route. When we checked the tracking we were shocked to see it sitting in Kentucky ! Why not initially send it to Charlotte? The airlines always knows the weather patterns. They could have made the deadline. It sat in Kentucky for the night then arrived in Greensboro 1038 yesterday morning No movement at all until this morning. Finally out for delivery today. So $135 for a wed-thu-Fri delivery. We called UPS and they cited storms as the excuse... so were all flights cancelled? We were not told it would be a fair weather delivery. Why not a better, more direct route thru Charlotte? At the counter we were never told there were stipulations. They refuse to refund us for not delivering the envelope. I certainly think they should refund us. It was bad enough that they didn't deliver it; then to say no refund. Bad business! I will never use UPS again! I will continue to tell my story on line, and verbally.
