Sometimes you really just gotta get in there to clean your dog. It's around 15 bucks but I also got deshedding shampoo since I didn't bring any with me. I think it is a very reasonable price. You get to use a huge tub, plenty of towels, strong dryer, ear cleaner, and mouth spray. It's pretty difficult to clean a medium or large size dog in a regular tub. Highly recommend!!! Recently my dog had a life threatening colonic torsion. So we have been apprehensive about boarding him. However we wanted to go on a vacation for 7 days. So we ended up leaving him with Dogtopia. Today, 5 days into vacation, we received a call that our dog was vomiting and had diarrhea. Which is exactly what happened when he had a his colonic torsion. I immediately called and asked them to take him to the emergency vet. Two of the folks went above and beyond to take our dog to the emergency vet, while we were 1200 miles away. They waited with the dog while he was diagnosed, then took him back to the daycare with his discharge instructions. They are now giving him his own room where he can rest and administering his medication along with a rice diet. We quite literally trust this team with our dogs life. So if you are looking for the right place to board or go to daycare, this is your place.

For whatever reason she freaked out today - she refused to go inside. She had been here before and walked right in - not sure what freaked her out today but there was nothing my husband or I could do to convince our dog to get inside the groomers. Well the amazing staff at OEG came outside! Fran (God Bless her!) brought our dog into the gated grass area and was able to trim her nails there. There was no clear explanation as to what happened to the animal. At no point did this guy try to get the attention of my girlfriend to get her help even though he was parked 50 ft from the front door of her house, nor did he try to get the help of my girlfriend's friend who was working right outside the van in the driveway. This guy's services are still being offered on their website! This should NEVER have happened. Grooming businesses have a responsibility to pet owners to employ well-trained certified individuals to take care of people's beloved pets, not kill them due to irresponsibility and negligence!

The other day I took all three of my Cavaliers to her and she refused to groom my senior Cavalier. Of course she only spoke to my husband because she knows that she would get a crap load of questions from me. The last two times I took my dogs there and got them have my notice that the insides of their ears had not been trimmed and the ears were not cleaned then I noticed that they were not bathed. If you smell the bottom of your dog's paws and they smell like Fritos, that means your dogs paws did not get any clean water on them. So the last two times that I took my dogs there my husband said you DO shampoo the dogs correct and she said yes and again we got them back and they were not shampood. I would absolutely not recommend this groomer to anybody and right now I'm so angry that I'm thinking about calling the Better Business Bureau. I also noticed that her Facebook account is not active. Maybe that was because I left a horrible review. I am not even kidding when I tell you do not take your dog there.
