Nice lounge chairs and mini tables as well as a grill outside. And nice comfy couch seating. The lakes are beautiful and clean. Lived here for about 7-8 years. Will miss it but did sure cherish them. Very safe property in the Cordova/Germantown pkwy area. Highly recommend. We never had any problems with break- ins or anything of that sort. Ever. To add insult to injury, the maintenance staff--who have failed four times to resolve my issues--regularly disturb this 'quiet' community with an obnoxiously loud motorcycle that echoes through the complex. It is peak irony that the staff can find the time to rev engines and disrupt the peace, but cannot find the time to ensure a paying tenant has a functional kitchen. I recently renewed my lease, and I deeply regret it. I am forced to sacrifice my professional time to beg for basic living conditions while management treats my requests as an afterthought.
