Customers can buy a spare as "stock" just like any store can run out of stocking your preference. It's just a little smoke shop but it's BIG on 5 star customer service. I respect THAT. Find your buy/home-stock "balance" and keep that buying routine. You'll never have to wait on a shipment coming in or having to return to get what you prefer. Then take pride in giving ALL YOUR business to a local shop that works to earn every customers loyalty. I come to Smoke Shack because of the outstanding customer service that you will not find anywhere else. If they're out of stock I don't mind coming back but I plan around it and shared my method so you can too. Matt was wonderful attentive, helpful and makes excellent recommendations upon request. It's no surprise that this little shop has associates like Matt who are dedicated to a standard of excellence that is palpable. First thing you notice is that there is a ton of really cool glassware here. Alot of stuff here goes over my head, but hookahs and cigars are really what I came for. I walked into Vape Chalet four days ago and greeted the store clerk, Daniel, with the phrase "I'm…read morehere to quit smoking!" Daniel was so helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I told him I didn't know anything about vapes, and he immediately jumped into showcasing their inventory: showing me box mods and tanks by name, explaining wattage to me, etc. Over the course of an hour and a half, he explained the ins and outs of a vape to me, helped me pick out juice, and showed me everything I needed to know: even how to prime my coil and fill my tank! I ended up buying a whole kit at Vape Chalet, including spare batteries and a 2 month supply of juice. Daniel even helped me pick out what level of nicotine based on how many cigarettes I tended to smoke in a day! And a supercool detail about this shop: they have tester vapes (with sanitary disposable mouthpieces) where you can actually try out the juice before you buy it! Daniel's parting words to me were a challenge: "go three days vaping instead of smoking, and if you smoke a cig after that, it will taste horrible." He was completely right!
