Came to the Vaporium on new year's day with a friend. When we walked in, the place smelled like a candy store. The staff was super friendly, asking us right off the bat if we needed assistance. Being new to vaping, they were super understanding and didn't pressure me into anything. It was all free will :) They carry a vary wide variety of e-cigarettes, replacement parts, and a plethora of flavors, strengths and brands for all tastes and preferences. I love that I was able to try the flavors right there in store. The e-liquids seemed pretty reasonably priced considering how two small bottles of e-liquid (~$15) is roughly equivalent to a carton of cigarettes. It's a no-brainer. read more

I have been going to Vaporium for a couple years now. Service is always good and staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I recently had an issue that we originally thought was one thing but turned out to be another. The staff really helped out and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied and that I walked out feeling complete and taken care of as a valued customer. Highly recommended. read more

I really don't understand why this place gets such high ratings. E-juice is kinda expensive and so are they're vaps and batteries. They also are extremely crowded when I've gone there so I don't like waiting 15 mins just to talk to someone. Maybe they need more knowledgeable staff. I kinda found the people working there a little snobby. Its hard to get good information from them especially if your new to vaping. I kinda found them getting a little annoyed with me asking so many questions and they really were all about selling me something I really didn't need. I'm not the type of person who cares about name brands and all the bells and whistles. Just so everyone knows they're not the only place in the area. This is THE place to go for all your vaping / e-cigarette needs! The Vaporium stocks a variety of the latest and best models of personal vaporizers as well as spare parts, accessories, and hundreds of flavors of e-liquid. Prices are really reasonable, especially since you can try out all of the different hardware and flavors right here in the shop. The e-liquids are all made in the USA (not the cheap Chinese stuff) and available in several sizes and nicotine concentrations. Kim and her staff (who are also her family) are absolutely amazing; they have a wealth of knowledge about vaping: the products, technology, lingo, news, legal policies... pretty much everything you need to or want to know-- and they are more than happy to share with any customers (or visitors/ prospective customers), just ask! The Vaporium also acts as sort of a community hub, organizing 'vapemeets' and disseminating information through their website (http://www.thevaporium.com) and Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/TheVaporium). The only negative thing I can think of about The Vaporium is that it has become so successful they have a hard time keeping some products in stock and the small store can quickly become quite crowded. If they are out of an e-liquid flavor, vaporizer part, starter kit, etc., though, chances are it's already on order and will be back in stock soon (if not, it can probably be special ordered too). I love the no pressure, no nonsense attitude I get at this place. The first time I came here I was immediately helped and educated about the model of the personal vaporizer I had bought out of state while on a trip. My concerns were immediately addressed which led to upgrading my PV and buying some juice all on my own accord. Again no pressure, just flat out honesty. I didn't know about trying flavours before buying the first time I was there. The second time I brought a friend and was immediately handed a battery or two and invited to sit down and puff through four different cases of flavour/brands at our leisure. When you walk in it smells like a hookah bar.... or really sweet candy . It feels great being allowed to puff on my PV in a public retail shop with out any of the "smokers stigma" attached to it. If you are new to this scene, don't be intimidated. Ask for a battery and a demo. If you do walk out with a new device they have no problem getting you road ready. Awesome shop full of very knowledgeable people. I got lots of free advice when I was purchasing a variable voltage mini tube. They have a huge selection of e-liquids, (Including pizza of all things.) and have a good selection of accessories for e-cigs. It was worth the drive down from Seattle. I'm not sure if there's been staffing changes but I've gone here off and on for the last year and the staff has always been very nice to me and helpful. I came in on the Fourth of July for a broken tank and the guy was super great about replacements and helping me fix my poor vape. I went last night because I had a cleaning issue and the young man that helped me was also very knowledgeable and helpful to me. They've always steered me towards liquids that I like, and trust me when I say I'm pretty vague in explaining what I like because what I normally want is no longer carried anymore anywhere (Teleos Milk. You were my jam.) but they have been pretty good at telling me what liquids are closest to my preference and how the liquids react to my vape. So, unsure of why the bad reviews unless you're one of those self-entitled little buggers who believes that everyone should cater to them. Heck, I bought a vape about a year ago that I felt got too hot. I was within the 6 month warranty window they provide and they took it back, no questions asked. They've always been very nice to me and I've never had to wait too long for someone to help me out. Usually just an in and out within five minutes unless I had questions. I've been wanting to check out the Vaporium for awhile now especially since this is the only one with the best reviews.. or well, any kind of reviews in general. Friendly staff and extremely helpful! My husband dips and wanted to get off that and start vaping. I went with Wondermelon and Honeydew while my husband went with Honeydew and Tropical Twist. They have a wall packed with bins, filled to the brim with all sorts of flavors. It's like a candy store! Choosing just one or two was incredibly difficult. read more

Stopped by this place on my way back to seattle, not only do they have well over 200 juice selections, they sat down and let us try all of them! The young lady helping us, I forget her name now, but she has the clown freakshow sticker on her mod, was BEYOND helpful, extremely polite just like everybody else in the establishment, sadly enough they are too far away from me to come down all the time so instead I will continue to order from them online. Their selection of mods was impressive, as was the price of said mods. My only gripe is I will never have enough money because I will be spending it all here !! some of my favorite juices include. Spiced winter, Apple butter, Freakshow, and my girlfriend insists I order "Nerdz" If they didn't do online orders I would still go once a week! that's over a two hour drive for me!!! They act annoyed when you come in. There are two sweet guys there that are actually helpful but the other guy, he acts likes it's a huge pain to describe flavors, questions about anything just seem to tick him off. I started going to Vape o Rama instead where they're actually helpful and want to tell you all about the flavors. Although they do have a selection they are often out of stock, It's great that there busy but everytime I've gone in there I've had to wait at least 15 minutes to try a new juice, staff is not friendly as they often state they have taken over the vape market, with an attitude like that they will fail, they are also over priced compared to the same juice at other shops! read more

Giant selection of e-juices. LOTS of flavors. As someone else said about prices being a little high. But if you take out the money you would pay for shipping. it's about the same.. and you get it the same day instead of waiting for the mail. :) If fact the juice prices are barley more than you would pay online for them. I like how they let you try a e-juice so you can see if you like it or not. And e-juices they recomend have always been good ones. read more

I came here yesterday with a couple of friends with the intent on purchasing a couple of e-liquids and I was not disappointed! They had a huge selection of products with sample trays in the back area of the store readily available so you don have to hassle the employees. The staff was very helpful and didn't pressure to buy any of their products, since the product pretty much sells itself. The only real comment I have for them, however, was their excitement built up on certain juices coming to find out that they're out of stock. Other than that, great shop! read more

Great vape shop! My wife and I had a great time tasting ejuice. By far the most pleasurable experience we've had at a vape shop. Staff if great and very helpful. They have a "mechanic". To trouble shoot any issues you might have with your setup. My only issue with the shop is that they were very very busy!!! With only 4 staff working the staff member helping us left and went to help someone else that walked in and didn't come back around. Although! Another staff member came over to us and picked up where the other guy left off. I gave them 4 stars just because I feel that a few more saff would be helpful on a busy day read more

Best vapor shop hands down. I've been to a lot of smoke shops and vapor places but this one has the best prices and best service. They had bottles of juice on sale for 2 bucks and some change for the longest time and will bend over backwards to get you started on the right device or upgrade the one you got. I lost the mouthpiece tip to my tank and thought I'd have to buy a whole new tank. Nope.. The guy at Vaporium busts out a Ziplock freezer bag full of the metal tips and let me choose one that fit. No charge! Great service. The juices are plentiful and you can sample as much as you like without hassle or pressure. This is my first stop for vaping needs, Super Vape'z nearby is a close second. read more

Looks a bit shady from the outside, but it's a decent look inside. Pretty good juice selection. This has been my go-to place for juice lately. I've heard the staff is very helpful, but I have not gotten that the few times that I've been there. When it gets busy, it can seem a bit chaotic, and you can easily get skipped over. Hardware selection is not the best, either. Hopefully, I can go during a time that's not busy, so I can get some one-on-one time with the staff and try some juices or get helpful information. I recommend this shop to my friends. I just let them know it could be hit or miss with the service. read more

This store has a great selection. The few times I've been in, it was so crowded and a little chaotic. I waited almost an hour from the time I got there to the time I was checking out. They have a big selection of e-juices, prices are not the best and usually the flavors I prefer are out. I purchased an additional battery which wasn't tested before I left the store and it was defective. The employee named Kim had me bring it back and resolved my problem and gave me a little extra for having to make the trip back in. I do like this place, will be going back but it is not my only choice for the vaping products. read more

This is a great little vape store. They are very busy most of the time so be prepared for a little wait. The employees are a little rough looking all tatted and pierced but seem to be nice kids. This was the first Vape shop I set foot in. I quit smoking by using vape, but I had always ordered online. The staff here is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I never felt pressured to buy, so if they are commission they don't show it! They lost a star for the cleanliness and "cluttered" look of the store and also they lost a star for having testers that have nicotine in them. I got a super buzz trying flavors. ..at that point I would have bought anything!! All in all it was a fun experience and I would recommend them to a friend with the caveat of asking for 0 nic testers! read more

Since there are no E-cig shop anywhere in Seattle I was forced to drive an hour and a half south to find the Vaporium. The Vaporium is everything an excellent shop ought to be. The staff is courteous, informed and extraordinarily excited by the products they solve. I dealt with several of the people there and I (having finished my 4th pilgrimage to Lakewood in two weeks) have nothing but good things to say, I'm not a big reviewer and generally only yelp when service was bad but these guys are amazing. Last week when I was there the power in Lakewood went out. The owner being worried for personal injury lawsuits asked everyone to leave. We had picked out the vaporizer we wanted and then had no way to use a debit card. Not only did they offer to let us stay, but they waited an hour in complete darkness while I drove out of the black out zone to find an atm. When I returned the owner(?) was waiting alone in his shop with all of my items ready to pay cash. I was sure they would have left and was delighted they waited for us. I came in the morning today not knowing any knowledge about vapors. It did not take a second to wait for service which is a great thing. One employee was quick to help me out and it took at least 20 minutes to figure out what was best for me. I really liked how they have hundreds and hundreds of flavors, menthols, & milligrams, to choose from. Also have a variety of vapes. As a starter, the employee with the long hair(forgot his name) really took the time to show me what best suited me. They also have many to sample. I also liked how they don't sell you the most expensive vapes & flavors since I'm a starter and have little knowledge about vaping and how to function it. He did not rush me at all. After I bought what suited me most, another employee sat down with me and took the time to show me in detail how to work the vape. He also mixed my flavors and got my vapor ready for the road. I appreciate the great service & on top not trying to sell me the most expensive kit to start off with. I spent 60bucks for everything, with a mixture of HoneyDew(18 milligrams) & Subzero(24 milligrams). . If you think that is too pricey & not wanna spend a few more dollars, then I guess you should stick to your cigarette habits. Stop complaining about the price on these vapes because it does pay off.
