Ok this is my new favorite Vape shop. Its got a great atmosphere and they made me feel like i have been coming here for years.The owner ( Marcus) really knows what hes doing. He didn't make me feel like he was trying to sell me something it was more like he was helping me find what i needed. His selection of flavors are delicious. The prices are great for everyone & sales, who doesnt like sales. They have stuff for on the budget people the medium budgets and the badass sky's the limit budgets. He also said if he don't have it he will find it & special order it for me. That made me feel like i dont need to go anywhere else for what i want. It really was a great experience. Nice shop. Lot's of selections of premium juices and plenty of hardware to choose from. The guy working there was really cool and explained a lot of stuff about vape that I didn't know. The tasting bar is the best! They were very patient with me even though I think I tried like 10 different flavors, lol! Prices are great, lots of good deals especially when you buy 2 or more juices. First time here and I'm impressed! Even though I had never been here before I felt like a regular. The guy helping me was polite and very helpful. Juice selection and pricing were great. They really stick to Covid standards here too. The employee never removed his mask and made sure to sanitize his hands before helping me (they have sanitizer everywhere...LOL). Very nice place. Very clean and people are friendly and helpful. I needed to quit smoking and had no idea what to buy. I wanted something small and discreet, of which they had many to choose from. LOVE THIS VAPE SHOP! Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere with a cool "island vibe" to it. I had a smaller vape before and was ready for an "upgrade". When pulling into a mostly empty parking lot, I saw a pole with a square sign next to an open spot and mistakenly thought it was a handicap space. I completely take full responsibility for not double-checking or verifying the parking signs beforehand, especially since I was in a bit of a rush to get inside. After a couple of hours inside--something that's rare for me since I don't get out very often--another customer eating at the restaurant came over to let me know that a tow truck had just pulled in and parked behind my vehicle, though thankfully it wasn't fully hooked up yet. I rushed outside just in time. The tow truck driver mentioned that the smoke shop marks that specific space as private parking right next to the handicap spot, but he pointed out that actual handicap spots were wide open right next to it, and suggested I talk to the smoke shop staff since the lot was largely empty. When I went in and politely tried to explain my situation--apologizing for the mistake, noting I'm a disabled veteran on a limited budget, and explaining I'd been inside having dinner--the response from the employee was cold: "Well, you've been here for too long. That's not my issue." I understand the shop was closing up for the night and people are ready to head home, which probably added to the frustration. Even so, look--I get it. Businesses have every right to protect their parking for their own customers, and it can be annoying when people park in reserved spots. I don't put full fault on the business for wanting to manage their lot. But with plenty of empty spaces open, I honestly hoped for just a shred of empathy or a little bit of humanity. Even a basic sales pitch--allowing me to buy something quickly to smooth things over and get out of a stressful predicament--would have turned this into a win-win. I would have gladly spent some money, picked up some new products, and we both would have ended our night happy. Instead, it was a rough experience that could have easily been avoided with a bit of basic decency. I've learned my lesson to always double-check the signs and slow down. But to the employee working: showing a little compassion and practicing a bit of business savvy would have gained you a loyal customer for life. For anyone looking for a local spot that treats people going through a bad predicament with a little understanding and respect, keep this interaction in mind. A surprise tow bill could easily wreck an entire month for someone on a fixed income, and a little grace costs nothing.
