What a great shop. I was thrilled to find a vape store with more expansive selection. The lady running it really knew her stuff and directed me to liquids in my preferred flavor profiles. I bought some liquids from companies I hadn't heard of before like The Cloud Chemist. The Kaleidoscope is a great lemon-lime and tropical liquid that I really like. Honestly. I didn't expect much when I walked in but the range of products that they have make it easy for a beginner or an experienced vapor to find what they want. I, on the other hand, didn't know squat. JD helped me look for the perfect product based on what I've told him as a smoker. So I got my Nord and it was honestly a good experience all around. My room mate and I went to this store since it's fairly new. We go in there and he was kind. We went in wanting something that would fit our budget and something that would be preferably no more than $40. He gave us a $29 nonstarter e-cig which got our attention. When my room mate looked him square in the face to ask if it works, Tyler looked up at him and confirmed that it not only worked but worked better than the others. Tyler was friendly but unfortunately quick with his answers. We went home assuming it worked. Prior to leaving, he asked me if I wanted the receipt to which I responded no. Big mistake because in places like this I should get a receipt in case the product doesn't work. We came home and discovered that upon charging the unit for a little over three hours, the thing would not work. So, we called. Phoned the place and asked if we can come back to exchange it for a refund since we wanted to now go to a place we actually had experience which was the one on 6th Avenue near Grocery Outlet in Tacoma (they're very good!). He said on the phone that he hadn't sold any in the past two hours but "a guy named Tyler might have." So, my room mate returned to the place and sure enough it was the same guy there. And sure enough it was Tyler. My room mate stopped and asked him, "Didn't I just call you and told you about my e-cig like five minutes ago." Tyler acknowledged his phone call. So, what happened was that Tyler had told him that he didn't know what to do and all we wanted was a replacement. So, Tyler quickly gave him one and it too wouldn't power on. 6 models later, we finally got one that worked. He then walked out and made a suggestion that prior to selling someone an e-cig, check to make sure it works. Because of Tyler denying himself on the phone the first time and the way my room mate felt that it wasn't the service he was expecting, we do plan on going to the one we normally go too. I do also would HIGHLY recommend you check your product before walking out that door because we had faced a bit of trouble coming back, especially when Tyler first said that it wasn't the shop's fault but the company that the shop bought it from. That's poor service: you apologize for the mistake, you ask the customer to bring back the product (especially if its only been a couple hours) and walk out happy with a product that actually works. Tyler seems like a nice guy but does seem to lack in certain areas and that's where improvements come in. read more

Been going to this vape shop for years. Recently bought a juice flavor that wasnt right. Wanted to do an exchange for the same juice and was denied. Even I have been a loyal customer for years. Won't be coming back here anymore as they don't care about customer loyalty. read more

This store is a joke i go in there to use my points that i earned buying there products. its the 5 star point system that they use .ok so i go in there and they would not let me use my points he keep on trying me to buy there two 60m bottels for 29.99 sale i think that is the price i said no i want to use my points he would not let me use my points i could not believe it. Dimitri (the owner) is an awesome guy, to say the least. He's very friendly and took the time to hear my complaints before assisting me in the best way possible. He couldn't fix my vape, but I walked out with a new one and I was thanking him and God on the way out. My new vape is super-awesome and I now have a "home" vape store where I'll get all my stuff from now on. I don't know anything about vaping. Tyler was very patient with me and my ridiculous amount of questions. He had extensive knowledge on every product I asked about (which was most of them). I've been to a few vape shops trying to find something that works for me, and most times I get the feeling the people are just trying to sell me things, Tyler gave me the pros and cons and actually tried to help me, without all of the pretentiousness I've experienced at other shops. I went into the store and asked for replacement coils for the vape I recently purchased from them. The guy gave me two and said that was all they had. I paid and he asked me if I wanted a receipt. I declined because it was just a couple of coils. They were the wrong ones which kinda sucked because mine was pretty bad but oh well, I would just have to make another trip out. People make mistakes. I go back in and another guy is working there. He tells me that they are out of the correct ones but they can order me some and call me when they're in. Then, he mentions that I cannot return them without a receipt even though I told him they gave it to me. It's not a lot of money but it's principle. If you sell the product, you should carry supplies and you should apologize for your mistake and offer a refund. It just shows that this store does not stand behind their product so I will take my business elsewhere. read more

This shop has a really relaxed, chill vibe to it. I love to go in and sample the different flavors and just hang out. They always have a great assortment of juices and product. Staff members are very knowledgeable and approachable. The environment and store layout are incredibly inviting. Dimitri and Tyler really know their stuff. Glad to have such an awesome establishment!
