This place was recommended by one of my co-workers. The ambience was descent, the music was loud that you couldn't hear the conversation from your own party. We had the calamari; it was greasy. I had the lamb chops with the Brussel sprouts and Broccoli. It was well seasoned and cooked to my taste. The bread pudding was really good as our dessert. The service was okay. My waitress was too distracted and it took a very long time to be served. I had to stop a different server to ask for different things like water, cutlery, etc.

Let me tell yall...from when we walked in the door until we got to our seats nothing but photo opps. It was still decorated with valentines decorations but it was so cute. The food did not disappoint from the turkey wings, salmon, catfish, and snapper. The staff was sure to ask how everything was and fixed anything we addressed. I also had the lemon drop flight which were all full martini glasses and was not short on liquor. I will definitely return.

I had the most delicious meal at the vault, and I'm still thinking about it Everything was so well-seasoned -- flavor in every bite! The oxtails were next level... succulent, tender, and cooked to perfection And yes, the food came out fresh and piping hot just the way I like it!. It did take a long time for our food to come out, but our server was kind and knowledgeable. This place is a whole vibe. I'd definitely recommend it if you are in the Atlanta area.

The atmosphere was very chill and aesthetically pleasing. The venue is designed as a vault inside a bank and has a very clean appeal. The service was phenomenal, the waiter was very attentive and friendly. I was given great recommendation and decided to with the Waffle sandwich which consisted of waffle, egg, cheese, bacon and a side of potatoes. I paired it with a mimosa which was a perfect complement to my Saturday. There was a party that was celebrating their birthday and the staff and DJ had given her an amazing shoutout. This venue would be perfect for a baby shower, engagement party, or special event.

We had a time at our Christmas brunch today. Our waitress, Monae, provided excellent customer service very friendly and attentive. I loved the holiday decorations and our food was yummy especially the soft fried crab. Also, my drinks were good. I had a Mimosa and think it was the Billionaire Margarita. We'll definitely be back.

I came here for a birthday dinner. Staff was friendly. Large parking lot with security outside. We ordered the salmon bites for the appetizer which was good. For my entree I ordered the salmon and crab fried rice. We also got a hookah. Inside is very nice and the music is nice as well.

Had brunch here. Parking is free which is good. The food was tasty. It was seasoned and hot. Only took a star because I simply wanted to change a pancake for a waffle and was told now and had to change my entire meal up. Tried the catfish and grits as well as the deviled eggs. They have unlimited mimosas as well. The decor is nice and seating is comfy. The server was nice and all the food came out correctly. I would return for sure.

On 404 Day thought I would check out their happy hour Food: Decent for $4 per item for a specified menu Service: Awesome! Walk in after a person left, was able to sit at bar. Hospitable server took me order & my food came right up on less than 15mins. Ambiance: I do love this place the set up & is always on point and their investment is well maintained. I love this place but, as a tipper..it rubs me the wrong way see them breaking down 3 different gratuities. Why am I not just tipping the server who was very delightful who served me. SMH

We visited here many times but went again (11/15/25) for my sister's birthday brunch. Some of the people in our party had never been. Our reservation was for 11:30. The service was amazing! The atmosphere was very calm and adult like with wonderful music (R&b ) playing throughout. The day started very slowly with the drink orders. My wife and I ordered the "the only drink I'm having" which it took forever to come out. Later the server explained that they did t have all the ingredients (dry ice). For a $60 drink, I think this should have been expressed as soon as possible. The drink was strong and we shared it with the whole table but presentation wise, I'd give it a 8.5/10. *My friend who is also a bartender had the million dollar margarita and she rated it a 6/10 (I tasted it and it wasn't great). She ordered oxtails and grits 10/10 *My god sister ordered the rich bitch (not pictured) and she rated it a 6/10 and stated it wasn't great, just ok and the waffle sandwich- 9/10 *The wife ordered fried green tomatoes and the fish and grits and rates the tomatoes a 7/10 (not ripe so very tough) and the fish and grits were a 9/10 *I ordered the birria oxtail tacos and they were ok, but there were more eggs than meat- 9/10 *my friend ordered the sugar baby and the steak and eggs. Both were a 10/10, the steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked to order and the drink was amazing! *My sister also ordered the oxtail and grits and Sugar baby- oxtails cooked to perfection oxtails! chef's kiss 10/10 sugar baby 10/10 The overall experience was a 9/10. Cooks: Kevin Gene 10/10 fish Chef C 10/10

This was my very first visit at THE BANK (THE VAULT). I will say, the decor was extremely pretty. There were two sides to where you could sit. The right side by the front entrance was more intimate and specifically designed for Valentine's Day. We were able party of 7. Before we were seated, the hostess explained to us that since the entire party wasn't present, they could seat us but our 90 min time would began. Or we could wait to be seated and we would lose our reservations and they would sit another party. Didn't really like that, but I get it. We chose to be seated. Shortly afterwards, the 2 missing ppl arrived. Everyone ordered their drinks first then preceded to place a food order. The wait was fairly long, but that was expected with the party size. There was one complaint with an order of crab cakes. Sometging else was ordered in place of tge crab cakes. Instead of them taking it off. Both items were charged. They were entirely too salty. Everyone else said the food was ok. All in all, we enjoyed each other.

Service was terrible. We came for our friend birthday as a small party of 3. Our reservation was at 7:30pm. We ordered drinks , appetizers and entrees at one time. We received our drinks and appetizers 20 min after being seated but our entrees was not served until 9:30pm. We were too upset to eat so we decided to just get to go boxes. This was ridiculous. They claimed the kitchen was backup but two tables that sat behind us got all of there food before us. We asked our waitress multiple times about our order. I also ordered one more drink and that also took another 20 min for tequila straight. Then we only get one fork. This was my first and last time here. I'm only doing 3 stars because the food was actually good but honestly this entire experience ruined the meal for me.

Came during their Holiday at the Vault and it was absolutely beautiful on the inside. The holiday decor was stunning. My daughter and I chose the firecracker salmon glazed bites as our appetizer 10/10 I had the turkey wings (baked) with collards and macaroni and cheese. It was too salty so I sent back. Manager came over and was really nice about it so he went to find out what they did to make them so salty and that's when they found out that Apparently the cook added both turkey gravy and chicken gravy and combined made it too salty. The waitress and manager allowed me to change for something else. He did have them make me another order of turkey wings after I had chosen another meal chicken and Shrimp Alfredo. The manager was so nice and professional. Based on their policies, if you don't like your food, you can't send back for comp. They will make your purchase. So don't go in there not liking something and think you're going to get it comped bc that's not the case. In my case, it was just too salty bc of them adding two gravies. My daughter ordered the salmon and crab fried rice and she loved it. 9/10 Both the waitress and manager were so accommodating and really attentive 10/10 Regular parking no valet which I liked. Overall, I'd give this place an 8/10!

The Vault is a hidden gem. Tried the Southern Plate and it did not disappoint! The fried chicken was crispy and flavorful, the yams were perfectly sweet, and the greens were seasoned just right. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. Chill vibe, great service, and food that hits the spot. I'll definitely be back to try brunch!

It's on the side of other buildings like they all share on structure and divided it up, but the interior is much bigger than expected. It kind of felt like a long hallway, but that may be due to how it was pretty empty upon arrival though it got pretty busy once night fell. From what I understand, the menu changes every few months or so. What you see in reviews may not be on the menu when you visit, but don't let that deter you! The food will still be good. They have a good grasp on flavors all around the world, and it's a fancier take on what would otherwise be considered comfort food. At least, that's how I felt ordering the oxtail lasanga. Like, WOW. Beautifully delicious. The tomatoes on the side packed such a punch. Tiny flavor bombs for sure. I really jumped straight to the best thing of the night in my review, but it honestly was everything I wanted once I saw it on the menu. Going back to the beginning though... the apps? Tasty. The salmon empanadas were a little dry, but seasoned well. I believe the (collard green) hushpuppies are a mainstay item, and it's truly for a good reason. Such a classic bite, and it's easily shareable too. For the jerk duck wings, I preferred the mango salad underneath it. The flavor overall wasn't bad, but duck has such a distinct taste that it overpowered the jerk seasoning. The wings weren't spicy either, though the mango had a little bit of a kick. I was a little too focused on my lasagna, but I did try a little of the grilled Moroccan lamb loin (tender) and the suya shrimp jollof pasta (bland, sauce too thin to coat the pasta, but shrimps were so yummy). And we did end with some dessert, which does not disappoint, though it was hard for me to choose.

When you walk in the mood is instantly set with by the low ambient lighting and decor. Being that the theme & cuisine is Asian fusion, they really put a lot of effort into transporting to visually to an Asian oasis. We were seated at a table in the main dining area, but there's also a full bar with ample seating and very nice view. The seats were very comfortable and the tables are spaced in a way for intimacy. They also have music playing the background & the playlist was diverse with music ranging from K-Pop to R&B. Now on to our meal! The menu is pretty straight forward and broken down into apps/small plates, mains/big dishes, and a separate menu for cocktails. To start off we got drinks: lychee martini 10/10 & "cucumber salad" 8/10. Both were very good. The ingredients used make the drinks very intriguing and definitely something you've probably never tasted. It's suggested to keep an open mind when trying their cocktails. For food we had the shrimp wontons 10/10 (sauce was so good ... a little spice to it), the salt and pepper shrimp 8/10 (a little salty but fried well), the Thai basil fried rice 10/10 (the fried egg on top and the pickled cabbage was a great touch), and last the lobster pot 10/10 (presentation alone would make me go back to visit ... this dish was so good and flavor full). He assured me that my request for an non-tradtional dinner reservation could be fulfilled. He also informed me that they offered 2 hour parking validation in the 1010 parking deck. So I made reservations for the 6th from 630p-1100p. That particular day they also had a love band. So Dante reserved the high top bar tables for me which was 4 that sat upto 8 ppl. It was perfect b/c when I got there I had 1 friend waiting and then as we ordered food and drinks more ppl came through, and then some left and that was throughout the night. It was perfect. No waiting on opl not splitting bills just come enjoy buy what you want and leave when you want. The set up was EXACTLY what I wanted. SERVICE: Starting with the phone call to make the reservation Dante the GM was really nice an accommodating as I mentioned. I just hate I didnt get to meet him, b/c that day was his one day off. But nevertheless he had everything don't just the way i asked and I was grateful for his attentative nature. We had Yaz as our server and she was amazing to say the least! She was attentative and made sure everyone that came in was properly taking care of. She was personable and quite friendly which isn't that common these days. With everyone wanting a tip for bare minimal service it was refreshing to see someone who seemed to like her job and did it with ease and was on top of her game, so there for she deserved th3 tips she made from us that night. I didn't pay for anything (hence it being my bday), and I still tipped her. That's how good she was. And when I go back I will definitely ask for her section. The hist that checked us in, I believe his name was Mike. He was also very nice. There was a table next to pur high top tables and I asked if my mom could sit there and he said sure as long as they didn't need it, b/c my mom couldn't get up on the barstools that good. And so her and another friend's mom sat there. So worked out perfect AMBIANCE: The restaurant itself was really nice. I enjoyed every part. It was loud and the band was nice. At first on the appearance of the band I didn't know what to expect, but all in all they played a variety of really nice music and it wasn't over powering like they thought they were at a concert like most bands in restaurants. FOOD/DRINKS All I can day here was it was all soo very good. All of my friends were impressed and every person stated how they would have to come back b/c it was so nice. The drinks the food everything. I dont think Iate one thing I didn't like. Only thing I had that I mentioned to the server Yaz was that the octopus tail was a bit chewy amd that's it. The drinks were AMAZING. For me it is all about presentation and the had great presentation and tasted as good as they looked. One drink called the Good Time Girl was soo good and it came out with all these bubbles. It was amazing. They had a appetizer special 3 for $39 and me and a friend order 2 and so we tried 6 different things and it all was good. We had the calamari, grilled octopus tail, chicken wings, lettuce wraps, mussels, and oysters. It was ALL SOO YUMMY! We had a great time and it was perfect for how I wanted to celebrate. I would definitely come again hands down. The only downfall was that night the parking for 2 hours wasn't working properly so I parked on the street, but that wasn't the fault of the restaurant that was something with the garage I suppose.‍ So I definitely recommend this place. It's good for date night, hangout, drinks or a light bite. You won't be disappointed.
