My boyfriend and I LOVE this spot! We've come every year for 3 years for our birthday and they NEVER disappoint! The atmosphere is an entire vibe! The staff is friendly and the food is just amazing! We arrived a little earlier than normal and they hadn't opened up yet. The owner told us that when we come back, the first round of drinks is on him. He not only paid for our drinks, put he paid for our entire meal!!!!
Let me tell yall...from when we walked in the door until we got to our seats nothing but photo opps. It was still decorated with valentines decorations but it was so cute. The food did not disappoint from the turkey wings, salmon, catfish, and snapper. The staff was sure to ask how everything was and fixed anything we addressed. I also had the lemon drop flight which were all full martini glasses and was not short on liquor. I will definitely return.
This place was recommended by one of my co-workers. The ambience was descent, the music was loud that you couldn't hear the conversation from your own party. We had the calamari; it was greasy. I had the lamb chops with the Brussel sprouts and Broccoli. It was well seasoned and cooked to my taste. The bread pudding was really good as our dessert. The service was okay. My waitress was too distracted and it took a very long time to be served. I had to stop a different server to ask for different things like water, cutlery, etc.
I had the most delicious meal at the vault, and I'm still thinking about it Everything was so well-seasoned -- flavor in every bite! The oxtails were next level... succulent, tender, and cooked to perfection And yes, the food came out fresh and piping hot just the way I like it!. It did take a long time for our food to come out, but our server was kind and knowledgeable. This place is a whole vibe. I'd definitely recommend it if you are in the Atlanta area.
The atmosphere was very chill and aesthetically pleasing. The venue is designed as a vault inside a bank and has a very clean appeal. The service was phenomenal, the waiter was very attentive and friendly. I was given great recommendation and decided to with the Waffle sandwich which consisted of waffle, egg, cheese, bacon and a side of potatoes. I paired it with a mimosa which was a perfect complement to my Saturday. There was a party that was celebrating their birthday and the staff and DJ had given her an amazing shoutout. This venue would be perfect for a baby shower, engagement party, or special event.
We had a time at our Christmas brunch today. Our waitress, Monae, provided excellent customer service very friendly and attentive. I loved the holiday decorations and our food was yummy especially the soft fried crab. Also, my drinks were good. I had a Mimosa and think it was the Billionaire Margarita. We'll definitely be back.
I came here for a birthday dinner. Staff was friendly. Large parking lot with security outside. We ordered the salmon bites for the appetizer which was good. For my entree I ordered the salmon and crab fried rice. We also got a hookah. Inside is very nice and the music is nice as well.
Had brunch here. Parking is free which is good. The food was tasty. It was seasoned and hot. Only took a star because I simply wanted to change a pancake for a waffle and was told now and had to change my entire meal up. Tried the catfish and grits as well as the deviled eggs. They have unlimited mimosas as well. The decor is nice and seating is comfy. The server was nice and all the food came out correctly. I would return for sure.
On 404 Day thought I would check out their happy hour Food: Decent for $4 per item for a specified menu Service: Awesome! Walk in after a person left, was able to sit at bar. Hospitable server took me order & my food came right up on less than 15mins. Ambiance: I do love this place the set up & is always on point and their investment is well maintained. I love this place but, as a tipper..it rubs me the wrong way see them breaking down 3 different gratuities. Why am I not just tipping the server who was very delightful who served me. SMH
We visited here many times but went again (11/15/25) for my sister's birthday brunch. Some of the people in our party had never been. Our reservation was for 11:30. The service was amazing! The atmosphere was very calm and adult like with wonderful music (R&b ) playing throughout. The day started very slowly with the drink orders. My wife and I ordered the "the only drink I'm having" which it took forever to come out. Later the server explained that they did t have all the ingredients (dry ice). For a $60 drink, I think this should have been expressed as soon as possible. The drink was strong and we shared it with the whole table but presentation wise, I'd give it a 8.5/10. *My friend who is also a bartender had the million dollar margarita and she rated it a 6/10 (I tasted it and it wasn't great). She ordered oxtails and grits 10/10 *My god sister ordered the rich bitch (not pictured) and she rated it a 6/10 and stated it wasn't great, just ok and the waffle sandwich- 9/10 *The wife ordered fried green tomatoes and the fish and grits and rates the tomatoes a 7/10 (not ripe so very tough) and the fish and grits were a 9/10 *I ordered the birria oxtail tacos and they were ok, but there were more eggs than meat- 9/10 *my friend ordered the sugar baby and the steak and eggs. Both were a 10/10, the steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked to order and the drink was amazing! *My sister also ordered the oxtail and grits and Sugar baby- oxtails cooked to perfection oxtails! chef's kiss 10/10 sugar baby 10/10 The overall experience was a 9/10. This was my very first visit at THE BANK (THE VAULT). I will say, the decor was extremely pretty. There were two sides to where you could sit. The right side by the front entrance was more intimate and specifically designed for Valentine's Day. We were able party of 7. Before we were seated, the hostess explained to us that since the entire party wasn't present, they could seat us but our 90 min time would began. Or we could wait to be seated and we would lose our reservations and they would sit another party. Didn't really like that, but I get it. We chose to be seated. Shortly afterwards, the 2 missing ppl arrived. Everyone ordered their drinks first then preceded to place a food order. The wait was fairly long, but that was expected with the party size. There was one complaint with an order of crab cakes. Sometging else was ordered in place of tge crab cakes. Instead of them taking it off. Both items were charged. They were entirely too salty. Everyone else said the food was ok. All in all, we enjoyed each other.

They claimed the kitchen was backup but two tables that sat behind us got all of there food before us. We asked our waitress multiple times about our order. I also ordered one more drink and that also took another 20 min for tequila straight. Then we only get one fork. This was my first and last time here. I'm only doing 3 stars because the food was actually good but honestly this entire experience ruined the meal for me.
Came during their Holiday at the Vault and it was absolutely beautiful on the inside. The holiday decor was stunning. My daughter and I chose the firecracker salmon glazed bites as our appetizer 10/10 I had the turkey wings (baked) with collards and macaroni and cheese. It was too salty so I sent back. Manager came over and was really nice about it so he went to find out what they did to make them so salty and that's when they found out that Apparently the cook added both turkey gravy and chicken gravy and combined made it too salty. The waitress and manager allowed me to change for something else. He did have them make me another order of turkey wings after I had chosen another meal chicken and Shrimp Alfredo. The manager was so nice and professional. Based on their policies, if you don't like your food, you can't send back for comp. They will make your purchase. So don't go in there not liking something and think you're going to get it comped bc that's not the case. In my case, it was just too salty bc of them adding two gravies. My daughter ordered the salmon and crab fried rice and she loved it. 9/10 Both the waitress and manager were so accommodating and really attentive 10/10 Regular parking no valet which I liked. Overall, I'd give this place an 8/10!

I finally made my way to this spot ! A friend had a birthday dinner here and all 3 of us were impressed. First , this place is easy to find. It is only a few blocks from the highway and can be seen from the street. I love that they have a massive paneling lot and it was FREE to park!! Always have to appreciate free parking in Atlanta!! Upon entering you are greeted by both a security officer and a host. The security officer did have me open my purse to view the contents. After checking in with the host and confirming that I was the first in the party to arrive , i I took a few pictures of the place and sat on one of the plush benches to wait on the others in my party . Once everyone arrived, we were seated in a booth facing the bar . The decor of the spot is cute. I love the framed televisions, the light fixtures and the color of the booths. Our wait staff was Shaiera. She was GREAT. I love that she has great energy, offered suggestions and checked on us just enough throughout our dinning experience! The food was solid ! I will admit that I am a tough critic of home cooked style food. This spot gets my stamp of approval . I had my mouth set on the turkey wings that I had with collard greens and brussel sprouts. One person in my party had catfish with Mac and cheese and collard greens, and my other friend had the whole red snapper with collard greens rice and gravy. The food came out hot and tasty ! I will say that the Brussels and the turkey wings were my favorite . The Brussels had a slight sweetness to them and the turkey wings were fall off the bone tender!!! This spot gets my approval in all areas, ambiance , food and service !! I am looking forward to returning to check out brunch!! read more

The Vault is a hidden gem. Tried the Southern Plate and it did not disappoint! The fried chicken was crispy and flavorful, the yams were perfectly sweet, and the greens were seasoned just right. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. Chill vibe, great service, and food that hits the spot. I'll definitely be back to try brunch! read more
DO NOT let the location deter you. Upon entry we were greeted by the hostess and seated right away. We went on a Sunday around 3:30 & there was no crowd. Sierra (sp) was our beautiful server & was helpful w/suggestions on the menu. There is something on the menu for everyone. The venue is super cool! It's literally a bank vault. Lots of photo ops! The chef came out & we let him know how good the food was. The staff was awesome! Super nice. Beware of the 18% gratuity & 3% service charge. Even with all of that, I would still go back. Beginning to end, no issues at all! Very welcoming waitress (thick red bone with a red wig) who was attentive the entire time. Brunch was a good vibe. Good music but not rowdy or too loud. Food came out hot and pretty timely. The seafood hash was 70% potatoes though lol. The crab, shrimp and lobster were well seasoned and complimented the potatoes well. read more

I really enjoyed my experience here. My friend and I came here for brunch to catch up. It was our first time checking this place out. It was easy to find and a lot of free parking. Came back and now I'm realizing it's hit or miss. The salmon and crab fried rice weren't as good as the last time I came. Unfortunately the salmon was very dry. The oxtails were ok tho. The service started off good then got so bad that we started to wonder if there was a shift change. She was great with taking our food order & getting our drinks, but after our food came she disappeared. We were there on a weeknight towards closing & it wasn't full, so she could have checked back. We couldn't get a refill on our waters & it took forever to ask for our check. Even tho the vibes are cute, I probably won't come back. read more

I struggled with writing this review because I didn't want to expose this INCREDIBLY AMAZING restaurant!! I wanted to keep it all to myself!! When I tell you that I LOVE this restaurant!! Please believe me! Everything AND I do EVERYTHING is perfect about it! The parking lot is huge, parking is plentiful, and most importantly FREE!! Did you hear me??? I SAID IT'S FREE! Next, when you walk in there is security and a metal detector at the door! SAFETY is paramount, so don't come in here with shenanigans! Also, you better make a reservation because this restaurant stays popping! It is a beautifully decorated restaurant with lots of TVs, great music, and a large bar. The servers, staff, management, and owners are super COOL, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, and HELPFUL. My food always comes out piping hot and fresh and my cocktails are consistently delicious!! Now speaking of food let's get into it... I've been here 4 times and each time I've ordered the Catfish. For brunch, I order the Catfish and Grits with the Strawberry Lemonade Waffles!! Babyyyyy! My catfish is always crispy, grits creamy, and that Roux is to die for!! They need to put that roux in a cup with a straw and sale it as a cocktail! I went for dinner once and ordered the Catfish, Mac N Cheese, and Greens!! The greens were so flavorful and tender, I was sucking on the greens! Lawd Hammercy!! I told the manager the only thing missing was a muffin to sop up the potlikker. Lo and behold in their usual over and beyond fashion, they brought me some!! My partner ordered the Turkey Wings and they were falling off the bone tender! All in all this place is amazing! Service exceptional! Food delicious!! Cocktails decadent!! My favorites are The Heist, Cash Me Out, & the Millionaire Bellini! I could go on and on about how much I love this restaurant! But I'm going to wrap it up! Lastly, if you're looking for an event space, they have an enormous and beautiful event space located behind a bank vault door! read more
Last week, my cousin and I experienced the Lover's Lounge for brunch. Everything was amazing. The vibe, the decor, the music, and customer service were top tier. Imma food was fye, but it took a while to come out. The price is very reasonable, even for drinks. Can't wait to return read more
The salmon & crab fried rice was good-put that not so yum yummy sauce on the side The lamb was sooo small, I cried! Skip the sauce on it. Add it to the side (pour if you desire after tasting it) Trust me having it on the side is the best The drinks are over priced (just like everything else in society) my date liked the crown apple rum drink -he said it tasted like an apple jolly rancher. Suggestions: add "dinner rolls" (free) w/honey butter Remember to "sauté the asparagus" so they don't shrink and look/taste like toothpicks And play something other than rap (maybe some smooth jazz) just for an hour or so Hutton is one beautiful SoUl. She did an amazing job. Her grill reminded me of my NY days! The place is spotless and the guy walking around with the Boss* shirt was cool to chat with. The Vault did not disappoint! Honestly, I didn't know what to expect since I hadn't researched it before my visit. Upon entry, I was greeted with nothing but magnificent vibes and stunning décor. Security checked my bags at the door, and the host welcomed me warmly, allowing me to wait at the bar until our party arrived. I used this time for photo ops--the décor is picture-perfect! It's not hood or cheesy but well thought out and classy. I was in awe as I walked through the dimly lit, Valentine-themed decorations. While sitting at the bar, we chatted with the bartender about the establishment. Would you believe she came from behind the bar to give us a personal tour? The large room behind the vault door is used for events, while the main dining room serves as the primary space. The food, especially for the price, was on point. (Don't tell them, but I expected to pay more!) Nevertheless, it was delicious. Our waiter was extremely attentive--even ensuring our table got a hookah, despite them not being available at the moment. To top it off, the owner gifted us not one but two bottles of champagne and took the time to make small talk. The entire staff was phenomenal! They use walkie-talkies to communicate and run The Vault like a well-oiled machine. I'm definitely going back and would highly recommend you try them out for yourself. Top Tier! Parking was plenty. I'm not sure if they do valet but it was no valet when we came. We self parked with no issues. The service at the bar was amazing. I decided to try the Rich B****. It was pretty good but for $18 I was expecting more. After that, I tried the millionaire margarita but it was far too sweet for me so I didn't finish it. I'm not knocking stars over it because it's all personal preference. Let's get into the food. My husband had the house salad with Cesar dressing and he loved it. It was nicely put together as well. I appreciate an establishment that doesn't just throw a salad in a bowl and puts a little effort into how it looks. The complimentary cornbread was cool. Too sweet for me, again, but that's personal lol. I think it's a nice touch. I had the catfish with Mac and cheese and Brussel sprouts. Everything was absolutely delicious and let's get into how my meal came with not 1, not 2, but 3 pieces of catfish! Well worth the money. The portions were all reasonable. My only complaint about the food was that the brussel sprouts was more of a medley. I would've preferred just Brussels sprouts and not extra peppers, onions, etc that was added to it. Overall, it was an amazing experience and meal and I'll definitely be back! read more

Parking Upon entering the lot there is an abundance of parking. Parking is free. Restaurant Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted by a security officer (very friendly), and had to walk thru a metal detector. He checked all purses. This was a turn off for me. We were seated immediately. The hostess was very pleasant as well. Our waitress Jas was very friendly and answered all questions we had. Service was fast . I ordered the Vault breakfast, everything was good. My spouse ordered the fish and grits. The sauce on the grits was very flavorful. 2 nice pieces of fish. The decor of the restaurant is awesome. Came here Saturday for a birthday dinner. They had cute Christmas decor which was a plus. We had a reservation and were seated once our entire party arrived. There is valet parking available as well as self parking on gravel next door. The Christmas drinks were very cute and delicious. The food was just okay. Not really good but not really bad either . The one thing that I really did like was the wings. I ordered the turkey with cabbage, Mac n cheese and yams. If you plan on having a birthday dinner here, they do will not hold your cake, store it or anything like that so you will need to plan for that. Our server was nice but she kicked us out after an hour and a half even though we weren't finished eating or drinking. Apparently there is a time limit on the tables. My friends and I are foodies so we usually spend more time at a table than normal bc we literally order everything. All in all I probably won't go back for the food itself but the drinks were really good. read more
I always have an amazing time at The Vault! This time was no different. Came here to celebrate my bf birthday on a Tuesday night and the place was not crowded, but lively. I ordered the turkey wings with mac & collards and my partner had the turkey ribs with mac and cabbage on the side. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, athough the turkey was a tad drier than usual on this particular visit. Our waitress even offered a birthday shot of alcohol which was much appreciated lol. I also enjoy the ample parking provided in the private lot and security does check bags at the front door and I believe there is a metal detector. I attribute this to the location of the establishment on Bankhead, but I dont mind the extra safety measures. read more

My friends and I took the rare opportunity to go out to brunch and decided that the vault at the bank would be our choice. A few things you should know: Parking is $5 This is 21 and up only Yes you can make reservations This is very much an "Atlanta" brunch if that is what you are coming for. I haven't had a chance to do dinner yet. The way the seating is setup, you have enough space between you and others so no one is twerking over your food LOL. We got the mimosa tree, and a hookah. Foods we tried were the ox tail tacos, salmon patties and grits, and shrimp and grits. Everything was good but i will note the ox tail tacos had some bones in them. I like trying new restaurants and I was kinda surprised with my experience here. We pulled up on a slightly rainy day for the dinner vibes and to celebrate a birthday. We did have a reservation so quickly seating a party of 6 with only 4 people who showed was appreciated. We had a good waitress no complaints with her at all. We order Lamb chops, Oxtails, and Salmon entrees. We had appetizers as well, Philly cheesesteak egg rolls, & the Cajun honey wings. The appetizers did what they were supposed to! Now for my personal meal- I ordered the salmon and crab fried rice. In all honestly they could have put more razzle dazzle in the flavor, it tasted really basic. The fried rice - tastes as if it was cooked same day, making it too soft. After eating crab fried rice from another restaurant recently this disappointed me. We had three rounds of drinks: 2-margaritas, and 1- RB. The margaritas were good, the Rich bitch, not so much. I'm not a big drinker but I do socialize and my opinion, neither were strong. I mean after three we should have been leaning a little bit, but nope! So I wasn't thrilled, or fullI. Going a bit further I honestly dnt think the portions matched the price.
