Unfortunately I felt like it was worse. The haircut is average to below average. My layers aren't even. My appointment felt so rushed. Maybe it was because I booked towards the end of the day. Didn't feel like much attention was paid to detail. Somehow I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. Honestly paying a higher price, I do expect more from a haircut. If I wanted a 15 minute quick trim I would've just gone to great clips for half the price.

My hair was professionally dyed blonde by…read moresomeone else several months prior to coming and I had requested for her to dye my hair back to my original color. Red. She dyed my hair and my roots turned out bright red and the rest of my hair a completely different shade of red. I texted her the next day because I could not ignore and it took her several days to get back to me. I ended up calling the salon since she didn't say anything for so long. She said "oh I was just texting you, come in next week." Alright. I came in the next week and she was supposed to touch up my roots since she messed them up, and redye my hair because half of it washed out in the shower. After she re-dyed my hair, my roots were still a completely different color than the rest of my hair. She used the same color on my roots as the rest of my hair and even I know you don't do that because it processes faster from the heat of your head. Fast forward I ended up telling her again how I am still unsatisfied with how she left my hair and weeks later still no response! She is not at all accountable for her mistakes and will mess up your hair and then ignore you. Very unprofessional, don't recommend.

Athena joined the salon a year ago doing structured nails. Thought I would give her a try. I've been trying to strengthen my nails. Athena does amazing work. She takes her time and does such a great time to do quality work. Love that fact she enjoys what she does and is military. Anyone looking to strengthen their nails I recommend Athena. Faye does an amazing job on hair. I see her everytime I go into the salon. She always greets me when I come in. I see first hand almost all of her hair cuts and styles. They all look fabulous. Base on what I've seen, I decided on getting my hair done with her. Wanted something new and spontaneous.
