Changed their policy July 1 to 24 hour cancellation notice or pay 50% but did not communicate that when booked less than 24 hours out and I tried to cancel within 2 hours of making appointment. "Didn't you see our text" and "it's corporate policy and they did a test pilot so I'm sure it's a good policy" is how she handled my situation. They will lose many customers this way and she admitted she is spending a lot of time dealing w these complaints, not surprising. Good luck:)
