It was very convenient, and they were even find someone to do our nails, even though I requested at the very last minute as they were coming to the hotel. Everyone at the wedding loved our makeup and hair and all of the photos came out so beautifully. Philip is truly a gifted makeup artist and one of the best I have ever worked with! No one ever wants to experience a cancellation the day before their wedding, but, unfortunately…read morethat's exactly what occurred with my sister. Initially, when I reached to Jazmine to do my sister's makeup for her upcoming wedding, she was great. Her responsiveness was extremely quick, she was detail-oriented, and reasonably priced. So, imagine my surprise when I found out that Jazmine told my sister she double/overbooked the weekend of her wedding (we booked her for two days). Jazmine proceeded to tell my sister that she could come later and do her makeup at 3PM; keeping in mind, the wedding starts at 5PM (not including the time that it would take to arrive at the venue and do the first look.) When my sister informed Jazmine that those times would not work and requested a refund, Jazmine quite literally ghosted her and since has not returned the money. It has been a complete 180 from the Jazmine that I experienced in the beginning; it almost feels as if we had been lured into a scam. And to top it off, coming here to see that the most recent review of Jazmine says that she missed doing makeup for a bride to attend a dentist appointment, that was the same excuse she gave my sister this week when my sister was trying to get a hold of her. So, be weary, Jazmine is 100% more likely to prioritize going to and being on time for the dentist than showing up to do your makeup.
