The three things I look for in a brewery are a dog-friendly outdoor space, accessibility to some good grub, and (of course) some quality beers. Riverside easily accomplishes all three. The venue is fantastic. Two spacious open dining rooms, one of which opens to an inviting outdoor patio. Take a few steps down and you're in another outdoor hangout that includes another bar and a stage for live music. I didn't take advantage of the food opportunities, but it smelled delicious. They have their own kitchen on the premises and seem to specialize in BBQ. The couple of plates I saw people enjoying made me regret my decision to have a hot dog at the golf course before coming here! They have a nice variety of brews to choose from and judging by the flight I finished, there's something for every taste. Beyond beer, they had cider, wine, and some hard liquors too (if I remember right). For sure I intend to try to convince Mama to visit for a night, get a room nearby, and sip on a few drinks on a warm evening when a band is playing. My rating scale: 1 - Just don't 2 - You'll survive, but there are better choices close by 3 - Good choice if you're in the area 4 - I'd drive 30 minutes out of my way just to come here 5 - I'd try to convince my wife to drive an hour just to come here

If two things weren't enough they also considered themselves an art house and had lots of paintings hanging up around the building. The inside of this place is pretty large with a large bar off to the left side and then some seating and other things off to the right. As I often do whenever I visit a new brewery I decided to go with a flight here. I actually was able to use my wine tastings on beer here but the size wasn't too good and so I paid the $5 for 4 - 4 oz pours. Since the brewery is named 7 sins, as you would guess some of their beer names are also related to that. So for my 4 beers I went with Gluttony (Stout), Pre-prohibition Porter, Greed (Brown Ale) and Frye PA (IPA). Out of the bunch I enjoyed the Frye Pa with the Gluttony coming in a close second. I also thought that the Greed was pretty good but there was something about the porter which I didn't care for. There wasn't anything wrong with it but my palate just didn't care for it. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. I enjoyed most of the beers that I had here and I think that $5 a flight is a steal.

I most recently stopped for a few drinks with my husband to where our total was about $11 (one draft and one lemon drop shot) and the entire time we were there we were getting judge mental looks from the bar manager, bartender, and even a patron. We came in quietly and asked for a few drinks, and never caused any issues and were treated as if we were the dirtiest scum of the earth . They clearly only want you there if you look like you have money. I tried to get one more shot before we left as they had a liquor I wanted to try and was immediately told it was $9 for the shot when coincidentally before.. my one shot and a beer only cost $11? ( the $9 shot was bird dog by the way) I have done nothing but be respectful in this establishment and sure enough each time I visit after working 50-70hr weeks I am treated like I don't belong. I'm sure I'll be banned because I said something negative. We thought about getting dinner there, but I'm glad we didn't as I'm sure we would of been charged more than what the menu price shown so we would not come back as we didn't look like the typical patrons they wanted in their establishment ‍.
