Maintenance is timely. As a 1st time renter, Rachael and Michelle were always willing to answer my questions. Amenities are nice for what you pay for the area. They work with you and help you with anything you need. They have 24/7 maintenance and it is very prompt when you call. Nothing about this property or the owner, or the workers is lower than a 5, I would highly recommend it to anyone that asked me about a good Apt. in the area. They truly are the best around and the best for the money and are actually at a lower rate then they should be charging people because of all the things they do for you and offer you as a renter.

We voiced our desire to move into a bigger apartment to Darlene (property manager) and within the next day we had our keys to our new 2 bedroom apartment! They are spacious, and you definitely get your money's worth. Maintenance is 24/7 and always reliable. I do wish they would upgrade the buildings- but that's the only complaint. It is a very quiet community. We've never had any issues with the building, neighbors, or staff.
