Most of the offices have giant windows, cute signage and are decorated with unique personalities. If I was in need of a co-working space, I wouldn't hesitate to look at INDUSTRY. It felt really great in there. It makes me want to invent something and move in. But this review is actually in regards to it as an event space. I attended the Dear Jack Foundation 11/10 VIP Preview night here and was pretty smitten with what a cool space it was. In case you're unaware, Dear Jack is Andrew McMahon's foundation for AYA cancer research and support. The VIP preview night is essentially an acoustic concert and private gathering the night before the benefit. I was a little hesitant about the show being in an open-concept co-working space, but the acoustics were surprisingly good for music. The program had a nice feel to it and it didn't feel too cramped. There was also plenty of parking outside and the valet situation wasn't a hot mess, which is always appreciated. Cool place all around!

Started in a temporary executive suite while they did build out on the offices and showroom for my brand (Fenix Lighting). Really loved the executive suite side. Other small business executives were friendly and a joy to be around. The suites are extremely affordable compared to what is around Denver Metro and all appear to be newly remodeled with all the standard amenities. Beautiful kitchen/break area just completed. Very cool event center just finished in the same area of the building that is perfect for those looking to organize a mid-size event (25-150ish???). The Fenix brand showroom finished up right as some great guys at 52eighty Whisky Distillery were wrapping up their build in the building. Also have a massage therapist and Pilates/yoga Studio in the building that others seem to love. From what I understand a fitness center and more conference rooms are in the process of remodel now to be completed by year end. I should also mention it a really supportive organization in the building. Madison, in particular, is quick to help you with anything you need on a day-to-day basis. Only negative is the place is still going through it's remodel and some areas of the building haven't received the same attention as others. But it's all part of an evolving process that is to be wrapped up in the next few months as I understand it. I've even heard rumors of a Tap Room or Coffee house possibly moving in early next year.

The best part is that I can drive here and not pay for parking OR move my car every two hours. Easy to find the entrance. It's connected to Rise Cafe. Walked in on a DeskPass, and the concierge was fabulous in giving me a verbal tour and key card. Lots of spaces to work from. I personally like the room of communal tables, where people are generally respectful of call volume. There are plenty of private booths for meetings anyways. Downstairs there's endless coffee, a ping pong table, and the occasional array of food. Enterprise is also home to a Toastmasters club that I'll eventually visit when I have the chance. My friend who works for a large tech company couldn't connect to the WiFi for some reason (probably because of his laptop) but the front desk was super patient in helping him troubleshoot. Once my DeskPass credits are used up, there's a pretty good chance I'll start a membership here. Definitely want to check out the rooftop and other amenities someday.

I loved learning about the various coworking members from their profiles posted on the wall by the stairs. Impressive variety of backgrounds and skillsets. It's generally pin-drop quiet in here. I was self-conscious about making too much noise or typing too loud, but everyone seemed friendly. WiFi was strong. It was easy to lose track of time while being productive in this laidback space. Then after a quick internet search, I found a space claiming to be "the friendliest coworking space in Denver," Creative Density. I thought it would be like the other spaces I'd visited down South and expected your typical stale experience, with fake-ness and pasted-on smiles with people trying to be nice. Their online claim turns out to be true. Thanks to the owner, Craig, and everyone else there, I felt like a part of the space fairly quickly. Not only has it helped me find work, but it's connected me to the Greater Denver community.
