Chris, the owner, is usually able to resolve any problems and is pleasant to deal with, but if any competition comes in his business will suffer greatly due to the poor customer service. I've had nothing but positive experiences in the retail department, though. There is one gentleman, I can't remember his name, who was extremely helpful and a joy to speak to, but not sure he's still there.. If he is, he should train the rest of the staff.

Though I haven't been here many times, it seems that the prices are better than GNC gold member prices. To add to that, they also have occasional sale items with unbelievable prices.
