We had my son's iPhone screen replaced here, and from the moment we got it back, it was never right. The screen started glitching almost immediately, never functioned properly, and within 30 days it developed lines running up and down the display. The screen also became loose, making it obvious the repair had failed. We brought the phone back with our proof of purchase, expecting them to stand behind their work. Instead, we were told they wouldn't help because we didn't have the exact receipt they wanted, even though we had our purchase receipt showing the repair. Rather than honoring their work, they offered us a "discount" to pay for another screen replacement to fix a problem that shouldn't have happened in the first place. What disappointed me the most was how we were treated. I was spoken to in a dismissive and disrespectful way, and at no point did anyone seem interested in making the situation right. A quality repair business should stand behind its work, especially when a repair fails within a month. I always try to support local and small businesses, which makes writing this review even more disappointing. Unfortunately, between the poor quality of the repair and the lack of customer service, I can't recommend this business.

First, Snelling Avenue was undergoing major construction when I drove there, but it was easy to get to and has its own parking lot, which is super convenient. It was empty when I went in, and I was promptly attended to. The store manager, Demetrius W, helped me. He went over the minimum labor fee of $26, and they literally fixed it within 5 minutes. Demanded to know what happened to it and after running some tests they finally admitted they had fucked the motherboard. He was able to draw up the deal for the phones I was looking for and made it seem so easy to walk me through the order submission. He made sure I had all the documents before I walked out the door to complete the door; he provided his cell phone number and encouraged me to contact him if there were any questions and concerns. A few days after he followed up with me to make sure nothing was wrong. He called me when the phones arrived. Dustin was extremely pleasant throughout the transaction. He kept us engaged the entire time. It wasn't just him either; another rep came and asked us if we needed water, soda, juice. The whole team was very courteous.
