I walked to the window and another employee was passing me and told me not to forget my cookie. Which was impressive because all she heard was the name that picked up the order, and there were other to go orders ready. Then the lady I got my order from at the window reminded me to get my water at the front as she handed me the rest of my order. I asked to speak to a manager because everyone had a great attitude and was very helpful. You don't get customer service like that nowadays so they are clearly doing something right! They all need to be recognized and appreciated for knowing the orders and making sure more than once that I got everything in my order.

My son is 10 and is autistic and whenever we are out I have him order for himself and make his requests as long as he is able and she was SO patient with him. While he was in the restroom I thanked her and told her and she said no problem she understood (and shared something else with me that explains why she was so patient). It was just a really wonderful interaction for us as that's not always the case. Food wise - someone must have told them that their zuppa toscana needed help because this was 100% better than the last time I was in! So many potatoes and sausage this time. It was delicious! The food was delicious when it did arrive, but one of my son's chick-n-minis didn't have chicken in it but he said it was fine and just ate the bread. The staff was kind and stopped by to ask if we needed drink refills and the establishment was clean, albeit a little chilly inside.
