I've received nothing but friendly and attentive service here. Also, I love that they have a good sized clearance section. I found a $50 BCAA powder from Extend for $12, also like that it's sweetened with stevia. Found .50 protein bars too. Love finding good deals like that! They have a good Celsius variety here as well. Flavors that you can't find anywhere else like Passionfruit mango and strawberry guava- they also carry the ones sweetened with stevia instead of suclarose. Sarcastic when you call, you can tell it's a young person. Hours on the website are not the same as when you get to the store. The employee was inside while 3 of us came to the front door. He disappeared when he saw us at the door instead of letting us know of the new hours. Website hours open at 10 am but when you get to the store it now states 11 am, All 3 of us had gone to the website and arrived at 10. Poor service and would rather brave Walmart then this very immature employee that needs more training in customer service read more

Large , clean and spacious this shop has a variety of supplements for your health. Their prices are not that good but when you want a certain brand ....you pay. Anyway the low review is not for the price it's for lack of customer service. It was like being serviced by a robot who could care less I was purchasing items from it ( with a total of over 50$ I might add.) I had called this store asking about their gelatin capsules because I need to buy some for supplements I take. I asked about a specific size and got a short response "we have only 0 size." I had asked about how many per bag and what the price was. I got a short response and was told to try the Clovis store. I didn't have time to run to that store so I had to stop at this one. When I asked again about when they might get more the guys told me again "that's why I told you to go to the Clovis store." I'm not sure what was up with the attitude especially since the last store I was act people were acting the same way. I came to ye old vitamin shoppe after going to the GNC on the other side of town with extremely low expectations. It was raining out and I was in damp mood! To my surprise Young Robert and his partner Hank were there to make sure I felt warm, welcomed, and informed. I haven't encountered such a great tag team duo since the 2018 BLBL push to plat, magnificent - but I digress... The duo gave me great information regarding products I was interested in and even some insight on what to expect as results! He even suggested products that will hep with my digestive issues. My grandson Deniel, he loves working out and being healthy - I'll be telling him about my great experience!It's nice to be cared for, Den if you're reading this, call your mother more! LOL. This is my one stop shop to get my vitamins and supplements. I stop by here early mornings when they open up at 9am. All the ladies and gents that I've encountered here all very well informed and are very helpful. They are the only store that carries a brand of toothpaste that my son uses that prevents mouth sores. He's been using it since his first baby tooth and he's 8 now. If they don't have what you need they will gladly order it got you and call you when your order has arrived. Vitamin shoppe in river bluff shopping center is good but I feel like it is a little pricey compared to other vitamin stores in Fresno. They don't have as much selection here as some of the other shops. Plus what is the deal with the spelling of the shop? When did we start spelling shop with two Ps? Doesn'tt make sense to me. All in all this place is ok I suppose. It's clean and the staff is friendly. But like most vitamin shops it is over priced hippy stuff that most likely won't help you be any healthier. read more

This is the place I go for all my supplement needs. Their prices and sales are great. Store is always clean. Love their rewards program.

While this place is exploding with powdered protein and vitamins, it is seriously lacking in protein bar choices compared to GNC. GNC is more expensive but I will pay for for something I will actually use versus buying what is available at The Vitamin Shoppe and having it go to waste. Wont go back here unless Im looking for powder. read more

The only place in town (along with Sprouts) that offers natural plant based proteins and pre workouts, great prices on their products too. If you aren't a fan of pre workouts try Vega Sport, you will NOT be disappointed! Super knowledgeable and extremely helpful... for example, this location went out of their way to allow me to use an expired coupon given to their reward program members where as just a couple days before the Clovis location acted like it could not be at all and played dumb about it. read more

I'll go here if they happen to have something that other local shops do not have. However, their prices could really use some adjusting. Most in-town places are a $5-10 over an online retailer like Amazon.com or Bodybuilding.com, but this place is usually 1.5-2x the online price! Im not sure what the other reviewer is talking about in regards to the online pricing. I usually buy Oxyelite and NO Xplode from Vitamin Shoppe and only pay 2 or 3 dollars more than on bodybuilding.com. They are defenitly not 2x more expensive, not by a long shot. GNC maybe, but not here. They always seem to give me great service when I come in here, and the staff seem to know what they are talking about. Been shopping here for a while. Good prices for starters, the staff are overall educated in the products. There's a couple of newer faces here, but if you go in ask for Tiffany or Chris, they go out of their way to help you and offer tips without seeming annoyed. I'm so glad they accept checks again, just in time for The BOGO month which is a great time to stock up.
