Last month I finally became a member and it's already worth it. The infrared sauna has helped so much with healing and cleansing along with the other services. Over the years, I've easily spent more than $1,000 here. One of the reasons I kept coming back was the rewards program. The way it worked was simple: spend $100 and earn $5 in store credit. You could use the credit or let it accumulate, which is what I often did. Natural Body continued the same type of program, and I currently have $20 in earned credit. Today I came in and was told that in order to use my $20 credit, I now have to spend $100. That makes absolutely no sense to me. I already spent the money required to earn that $20. It was presented as a reward for previous purchases. Now I'm being told I have to spend another $100 just to use a credit I already earned. Changing the rules after customers have accumulated rewards is, in my opinion, extremely unfair and leaves a very bad impression. The store does have a good selection, particularly of keto products, but the prices are already quite high. Many of the same products can be purchased online for considerably less. The rewards program helped justify paying those higher prices and supporting a local business. Putting a new spending requirement on previously earned credit takes away that incentive. After being a customer here for years and spending well over $1,000, this was enough for me to take my business elsewhere.
