The chairs are comfortable and there are many, many tv screens. The bathroom is clean, as is the store itself. The owner who stopped by is friendly and kind. The cigar selection is limited but the positive atmosphere definitely makes up for it. Having been to many, many cigar lounges, this lounge just has a very relaxed and comfortable feel that's just stellar. The prices of their cigars, while expensive, just doesn't matter. It's worth it if you want to just chill out and have a pleasant afternoon.

I would go to this place once a week on my day off from work just to relax and unwind and enjoy a great cigar but the store recently adopted a members only policy where you must pay $175 annually and in exchange you get 10 percent off any cigar you purchase in the store. I came in recently and spent $27 on a cigar. If I were to go to the store once a week and purchase a $27 cigar once a week the store would actually make over $1400 a year which is way more than $175. It's almost like they don't care about the money and just want a certain clientele who are rich enough and don't care where their money is spent and obviously the gentleman who owns this store doesn't understand he can make a massive profit if he were to welcome anyone from the community into the store to relax and smoke. Even if someone were to come once a week and smoke a $10 cigar weekly the store would make about $520 annually. This is a total shame because I really enjoyed coming here and they lost me as a customer. I really hope the owner reconsiders and decides to change the policy so more people can enjoy the lounge.

My party of 5 got seated in the far back corner table. Ordered several rounds of drinks, as I gifted my buddies some Cuban cigars. It was a busy weeknight and the place was packed. Service was not great and waitress was very cavalier as we racked a nice tab. We also ordered dinner. I went against my instincts and ordered the tuna steak which was fabulous. Here's the kicker I asked for the bill and there was an "expected per person cigar charge" because we had our own ...not an issue. I paid the bill and told the waitress to give each of my buddies a cigar equivalent to their per person minimum..........would you believe I got big time attitude and resistance. I told her to get me the menu, and I read her their policy verbatim that states minimum per person cigar purchase. I paid the fee and am entitled to x number of cigars.
