The date walnut balls that I picked up from their deli was very tasty and a quick pick me up dessert or power snack . Disappointed, Yelp advised that the next nearest store was this Vitamin Shoppe on Oxford Valley Road. It was only 10 minutes away, so we drove over to take care of our business. The retail space was clean and well lit. The solitary woman holding the fort this Sunday evening was friendly and had everything under control. She directed us to the location for sleep assistance. There, in the bottom two shelves was their collection of what we needed. It wasn't a huge selection, but enough to make an informed choice. Melatonin was well represented, but I wanted something with a broader spectrum of natural compounds and herbs that worked together and allowed that people react differently to supplements, thus increasing the chance that one or more ingredients would be effective, even if others were not. I found something with both melatonin and valerian root and 7 other natural elements that have shown usefulness relaxing and helping move toward and into sleep. It seems to be working so far. Unless the demographic she was referring to steals items, she shouldn't have anything to complain about. She didn't say this demographic steals anything--she said they come into the store and don't buy anything. She is unbelievable. Her energy can be put it better use by asking how she can be of service. That female cashier complaining upon entering the store was very off-putting to any customer coming in to patron a business. I should've turned around and said something to her but I am practicing when to use my words wisely and I believe writing a review is more effective. I made my purchase and left. I didn't catch her name but her aura and her comments inappropriate. Complaining like that, especially when a customer enters--it's unprofessional, and possibly passive-aggressive. Elderberry is coming next week! Kambucha helps digestion and contributes to a feeling of well-being and relaxation, George says, and my short experience with it agrees. Plus it's just fun to drink. And for me, it seems to help stave off hunger pangs. The flavor is reminiscent of beer, but livelier and somewhat sweeter. And did I mention it's only 40 calories per 8 ounces! Everything Natural Too also has added a bakery counter with gluten-free products - chocolate tarts, apple nut tarts, coconut cookies...a fairly wide selection.
