Well you can't compare then to GNC. I went Herr before the gym and, got what I needed. The sales were definitely not as agressive as GNC. GNC always tries to sell you their P3 products. Ever go into GNC and ask, for something yet they suggest the gummys, or chewables or the 30 day vitamins packs among other things because that's their commission. This place has an insane amount of skin care to cater to someone who is Vegan or really into essential oils as well as making your own skin products. Like any store like this make sure you do your research. A well educated consumer will most likely NOT be able to be scammed. Yea, they were trying to see if I needed this or that. Went in today 04/05 at about 11am to exchange Vitamin Shoppe brand of the 3-6-9 essential oils for another brand because it has "Canola Oil" as a so called healthy oil. The clerk with a creepy grin accused me of returning the same product for the same reason a year ago. He kept insisting that occurred even though I told him that was not true. Never again. read more

I want to start off saying I usually have a good experience at the Vitamin Shoppe. Today I decided to take advantage of the "order online and pick up at store" the same day. I received an email telling me my order of only 3 items was ready. I cheerfully entered the store, gave my name and was told it must have not been sent yet. One lady took another look and saw the paper was sitting in the machine but they had not received a chime to tell them to put it together. So politely I said "no problem" and waited for her to get the 3 items. The two ladies spoke to each other about my order then told me that the one item they actually didn't have could be substituted and would need to void the order. I paid with a Cash App Visa Debit card and now need to wait up to 10 business days for a refund of $66.97 all because they didn't have the item in stock that was advertised as being there. The order was rerung onto a different credit card but I must say I am thoroughly disappointed in how it all transpired. Will not use this pay first and pick up ever again from the Raritan location. I will add, the staff was nice during the 15 minute transaction that should have been a 1 minute pick up. read more

AMAZING!!! I have finally found an amazing protein powder I love! Have it on auto ship! The customer service online isn't always the best. But let me tell you if you want great customer service go into this store! I have lotsssss of food allergies and normally people get annoyed at me for them.
