The gym has a "clean" scent; it appears to me that they give solid attention to maintenance. Gyms oftentimes appear not to have a scheduled sanitation routine in place and you can sense it as soon as you enter the building; that is not the case here. Kudos to the staff and management. Easy access via their code-reader located at the front desk, where you'll be greeted and acknowledged by name. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

The free samples and loyal customer discounts have stopped. And the product I purchased (which I have purchased several times a year for over ten years from here) was destroyed by hydration. I opened the container to a solid rock of supplements that should had been a powder. When I called to explain the situation the customer care was extremely lacking. Prices have also become outrageous. Poor quality. Poor service. Lame location. High prices. It isn't worth frequenting anymore.
