A coworker told me that, pre-COVID, Natural Health had an impressive selection of nut barrels where you could buy bulk. When I've gone there, it appears they bag nuts and other sundries in zip lock bags. I'm not sure where the closest Whole Foods is from here, but Natural Health is a good shopping alternative to WF if you are in the area.
