I also asked her to review my plan to see if I can get my bill lowered a bit. Since I already had two promotions on my account, there wasn't much more that she could do for me. She did save me $10/mo and because Im in healthcare, I could save a tad more simply by providing a photo of my badge. I uploaded it the next day. I love this store! Bowen and Corey are super nice and helpful! They were patient and knowledgeable.

Please don't go to this store. Was assured by an associate ("Emi"?) that my phone was eligible for promotion as it was the first question I asked upon entering. Was told I would receive an $800+ credit towards new phone. Then when returning old phone (within the 30 day timeline) was told my old phone is worth $0 in credit, because the promotion had ended prior to me initiating the trade in. This associate took full responsibility of seeing the deadline incorrectly and was reprimanded in front of me but store manager Anthony was not accommodating whatsoever of this mistake. I then spoke to two different AT&T customer service representatives who assured me that my old phone IS worth $350 in credit regardless of promotional deadlines, etc. I took my old phone to the Cherry Hill location instead where I was immediately informed that yes, I would receive $350 in credit, which is better than the $0 that the Stratford location offered. Why was this not told to me? This has been such a nightmare situation especially as I have a three month old and limited funds for this new phone that I was told would essentially be free after the trade in. If my phone was not eligible for the upgrade, I should have been told truthfully, and would have left! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is horrible. someone used my information to open an account. Apparently you don't need to have the correct customer information in order to set up an account. They do not follow appropriate policies and procedures. Now this is on my credit report which is causing me huge problems. Do not use AT&T, you may regret it. read more

AT&T Store - Manager - Mobile Phones Near Me - Somerdale, New Jersey

Always was happy with AT&T but needed to get a cheaper plan so I went to switch to Consumer Cellular. At the store I waited 1 hour for service 1 customer was being waited on and it was obvious that the young man was having trouble servicing them, finally after 1 hour the manager came out and to help him. Then he started to help me, manager was really rude and said they had nothing to with Cons Cell Cons Cell told me to go to AT&T to close my account, the young man removed the SIM cards sent by Cons Cell and didn't know how to get them to work and threw them in the trash. I called Cons Cell from store so they could explain what AT&T had to do to release my number to ConsCell and while I was doing that clerk began to wait on someone else. Finally the manager fished the SIM cards from trash and taped them to the discarded card and said go home and call Cons Cell and she supposedly set my phone to work at home on my WIFI. It didn't and Cons Cell said they ruined the SIM card by taping it. So I was then without a phone for 3 days till new cards could be sent. So much for customer service! I will never go back to that store again even if they are the last one on earth. read more

My iPhone was dying quickly and I tried to squeeze more time out of it until we were once again aloud to go into stores after the coronavirus; I depend on my phone so I called this location and spoke to Joseph; he was able to answer my questions and he was very helpful and offered a couple solutions to obtain a new phone; the next day my husband and myself went into the store where Russ was there to help us out and also was so helpful; we ordered the phones and when they came 2 days later we went to the store to have them help us set them up; Andrew was extremely helpful in setting us up and when we returned in the afternoon with some questions he helped us again. I highly recommend this Somerdale location, great service, knowledgeable, helpful and concerned over keeping customers safe during these trying times! read more

I want to commend Alexander who helped my Mom with her phone needs! He was kind, friendly and patient with mom and answered all of her questions. He even helped her change her ring tone. I went into the store after spending 1hr & 9 minutes on the phone with AT&T to help resolve an issue with my bill. I ended the call and decided to go to the store directly. Thank you Tricia and Braden for being patient with me, I came in a little angry. They spent time with me trying to resolve my issue and called the billing dept directly. They were able to resolve my problem and although I'm not happy with the bill, I'm thankful for the great customer service I received from them and now I understand the charges. read more

Been dealing with this store for years. Went in a year ago and was offered 2 "free" iPad mini. Turned out to be anything but. Salesman never meantioned he was assigning phone numbers (I specifically asked for wifi only mini pads) was assured they were free only to find my bill balloon for not only the cost of the iPad mini's but monthly charges on the phone numbers assigned to them. Manager never returned my call and when I went to the store he wasn't there but was contacted by phone and still wouldn't talk to me. I was told by the salesperson that the manager and district manager couldn't do anything to correct the situation . Turns out the new manager is the same guy who did this. Apparently this kind of behavior is rewarded at Cartel and I will be dealing with someone I can trust in the future. read more

I've been to this location two times in the last month and both times I was greeted and helped right away. All of the staff members were very friendly and informative. Would definitely recommend this location over the one in Audubon, where I had gone once and decided to walk out because I was being rushed, by the manager, from the moment I came in the store. Felt very unwelcome. Exact opposite from the service I received at the Somerdale location. The store manager, Joe, was extremely helpful and patient, as were all other staff members on duty yesterday (8/17/16) and I think they all deserve a nice bonus. read more
