You'll get an accurate, thoughtful response. Lights lower, music softer? She's on it. No stress added that I arrived a couple minutes late. She apparently had time, so she tacked those couple minutes on to the end and I got as many minutes as I actually paid for - that's always super appreciated! It would be nice if the room was a little more soundproofed or located further back in the building away from the road; I could hear lunch hour traffic rushing by on the street about 20 yd away. But other than that, this was a great massage, and I've had plenty over the decades. A lot of therapists these days slop through the motions, but Karen really has a pinpoint, accurate understanding of the human body and I give her full props for 90 minutes of targeted, firm pressure body work. Me having slightly arthritic hands, I greatly appreciate her stamina! I left the appointment, amazed with an amount of flexibility in my neck and shoulders I haven't felt in probably 10 years. I had a big event coming up and I wanted to get my hair professionally done. On their website they say they do blowouts and styling but when I went to book online the only option was a cut and a style. I did not want to cut my hair. Two weeks before my event I called them about 5 times and went in once. I never got a call back and when I went in to book in person no one was at the desk. I waited for 10 minutes. The salon seemed empty. This place was the only option for where I could get my hair done as I did not have time in my day before the event to go somewhere farther.
