This place is pretty run down and the food is abysmal, especially for the prices charged. The real kicker is that this establishment charges a 3% fee on all bills to cover the cost of "inflation." I did not see this charge advertised on the menu before ordering, you're just left with it once you get the bill. This is an incredibly shady practice to extract more money from customers while appearing to keep costs "low." I refuse to believe this fee goes back to the employees, this is just another example of corporate greed, why not just change the menu prices if you need more money to make a profit? Regarding the food, I ordered the crispy brussels sprouts and they came out without the bacon, but even when I notified the waitress and she brought me a cup of bacon, it didn't improve the taste. I also ordered the honey chipotle salmon that was on special and it was SWIMMING in the sauce. I couldn't even attempt to eat any of the rice pilaf that came with it because it was practically just soup due to the amount of sauce. Not to mention the sauce was very strange and congealed, it kept getting stuck to my teeth like caramel. [[HIGHLIGHT]]On top of this, the place is falling apart, the ceiling tiles are falling down, the chairs are on wheels(?) and don't fit at the tables, the waiting area seating booth is ripped so bad it's practically split in two.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I would never go back and I actually would encourage others to avoid it here, I'm surprised by all the good reviews.

Stopped by for a drink and dinner. Seated right away outside. Outside bar & picnic tables with umbrellas to block the sun. Waitress was really nice. All the waitresses help each other. Started with the fried calamari. You can tell it is frozen. The calamari was fried harder than I prefer. The food portions are big and can be shared. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming to families or date night. I would return when in the area.

So I was in Pennsylvania for a New Year's party and the Giants played. So I asked my friend where to watch the game. She recommended her favorite spot "The W Tavern" and said the wings are excellent. I mean football and wings, what could be better? We goto to the bar around twelve thirty and asked the bar tender, named Michelle, if they could put one tv on for the Giants game? Now, remember, this is a Pennsylvania restaurant so it's a curtesy for them to put the game on. However, they didn't have Sunday Ticket, so we couldn't watch the game. What a sad state of events; the wings or the game. My hungry for the better of me so the seven people and I stayed. I have to say, I'm glad we did. The three flavors, mango habanero, garlic parmesan, and the bbq sauce, were incredible! They were a good size and they offered tons of delicious blue cheese. They offered a special so we got a great deal on the wings, also the beer, if that's your thing (I mean, it is a bar). But next event at her house, I would go back. I just hope it's not during the football season, or they get Sunday Ticket.

We started with the Sham Sampler which comes with 2 each of spinach pies, meat pies, cheese pies, and crispy meat filled kibbee with what I think were their garlic sauce and tahini which were both delicious. The kibbee was a bit on the drier side but everything was still well seasoned and tasty. For mains we shared the beef and chicken mixed kebab platter, mixed (lamb and chicken) shawarma platter, and a chicken maroosh roll. The beef and chicken kebabs were nicely seasoned with a nice chargrilled flavor, paired well with the sauces and the bed of rice and layer of grilled onions it came with. The shawarma was also very tasty, with a good portion of well marinated sliced lamb and chicken. Pound for pound the best dish though, was the chicken maroosh sandwich with a generous serving of their tasty chicken served with a a killer combo of garlic sauce and white sauce served in a slightly crisp lightly grilled long roll - the combination of flavors from the savory chicken with the garlicy creamy sauces in a perfectly crisped long roll was fantastic, and I would come back just to try the other versions of the maroosh roll with all of their other meats. Overall had a great meal here with good portions (was a total of 5 of us including my two parents and we were satisfied with the appetizer sampler + 3 entrees) and very reasonable prices. Worth a try for anyone aroudn the area!

Their hummus and tahini sauce are almost the same taste, meaning there is too much tahini in their hummus. The pickles in the wrap added a nice pinch of salt and acid though but overall, it's lacking the balance of flavors that I've gotten elsewhere. The place has a nice amount of seating and the staff is very friendly. They also always have deals going on so it's a great place to keep up with!

The decor in this place is confused but the food was excellent. We were actually surprised how good it was. You sit down and you can order the apps from a small screen right away. That's pretty cool. Get you started while you wait for your server. We got the hummus appetizer and that was truly amazing. Some of the best hummus I've had. My wife agreed. She hit the BLT club and garlic fries. She liked it a lot. I got the Ahi Tuna off the under 700 cal menu and it was absolutely delicious. So I would def go here again.

I did enjoy my burger but it looked so tiny next to the large portion of fries which I upgrade to the truffle fries. They were crispy with the Parmesan cheese but lacked the truffle flavor. The Oreo brookie was fair. The brown part was good but the cookie section was a little dry. I think I'll stick to my local Yard House in the future. Service was slow and I don't like the mixture between the live server and the machine on the table. One or the other and the customer should be able to decide.
