My recent experience at this location was very disappointing. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to pick up my dogs at the originally scheduled time. When I called, I was given incorrect pickup information by a staff member, which resulted in being charged for an additional night as well as holiday fees. When I attempted to address the issue, the manager, Freddie, was unprofessional and showed little willingness to understand the situation or offer a reasonable resolution. Additionally, each time I board my dogs here, new or unexpected fees seem to appear. Because of these ongoing issues, I can no longer recommend Pet Paradise at the Jacksonville Airport.

I am his voice and I will be following through with being his voice. He falls over when he tries to pee...has been sleeping all of the time and cries out in pain when he is touched on his front legs. Adel review Look NO further!…read more We just recently purchased our dobie puppy, Luna, from Beshara Kennels. Luna, is beautiful, sweet, energetic and extremely intelligent. A few days at home and she is just about house broken, already following basic commands and stays quietly in her crate during the day while I work which was a total relief while working from home. Adel and his family are amazing! I don't think I have ever been so impressed with a breeder. Not only does he care about his canine's he cares that the new owners are completely comfortable with all aspects of care for their new pup and will be there post purchase to assist you with questions, help you with posting, etc. Your relationship with Adel begins when you purchase your puppy, which is superb service, IMO.
