Disorganized or too busy? Alex's assistant Camilo Herrera said it was okay for us to have a phone conference call without all parties present in order for us to gather information. We set an appointment on this agreement. He changed the agreement, emailing me that the meeting would have to be on Zoom, which one of the parties can't operate, and that all parties need to be present on the first call. I informed him that I would then have to cancel the meeting. I asked if we could keep the meeting under the originally agreed upon terms or reschedule the meeting to another day. Several days later and he hasn't responded to any of my emails. He originally stated that the process would take 4-6 weeks. All this causes me to believe they are either disorganized or too busy. read more
