They used to have a Celebrity Chef panel, demonstrations, autographs, a chef hosted lunch. Lots of the best local chefs used to participate. A few years back Martha Steward was a host....Things have changed. This year it was mostly a wine bar with some alcohol and some bites. Several of the food venders that were expected were NO SHOWS (and they sounded like some of the better venders so that was disappointing) When I purchased my tickets places such as Crab Corner Seafood House, The Golden Tikki, Echo & Rig, Bowltastic, Ferraro's Ristorante, North Italia, & Cravin Creole were listed as Venders so there was some bait and switch going on. Many of the food venders did not open on time. Not all but many food venders were not on their best game and served food cooled off and one served pork sandwiches directly out of refrigerator. NOT ALL but the majority of what I tried was mediocre. I could have gotten my money's worth if I drank up on the wine or booze. But since it was 95 degrees outside I didn't feel like drinking alcohol so I didn't feel I got my money's worth......So much so that I don't plan to attend next year.

They also have individual chocolate bars for purchase too if you don't want to commit to a box. I tend to like milk chocolates with / without nuts. Their milk chocolate is yummy! I'd recommend this activity to friends/ family. I think it may have been a 40 or 45mins experience and is kid friendly. The cactus garden is also a fun walk with photo opps. It currently has Valentine Day decor and apparently they do lights at night during Valentine's and during the holidays.

Our seats were reserved with our party name and we all sat together. We were happy with our sitting arrangment. Steve our bus driver had lots of good info about Vegas, Hoover Dam, & Grand Canyon. Yes, it was corny at times but we enjoyed his humor. We stopped for a photo opportunity at the dam for 15 mins. Which was plenty enough time for us. We watched a movie on Hoover Dam and NationalTreasure on the way to GC. When we got to GC we got out box lunch that consisted of a turkey sandwich, chips, cookies and bottle water. I opted to eat my lunch later... Still full with breakfast bag of goodies. We decided the free Blue Line shuttle from Bright Angle to Mather Point. Please do make the mistake we did and take the stop at Mather Camp Ground. It's not the same.. Wasted time waiting for the next shuttle... Once at Mather Point did we set our eyes on the grandure of the Grand Canyon. Can't believe how fast 3 hours goes by. It wasn't long till we boarded the Blue Line back to Bright Angel to meet up with our tour bus. Be sure to take your bio breaks at the rest areas and the Grand Canyon. The bus driver can't stress enough that the bus bathroom is strickly for emergency use only. On the way back we stopped at the same Kingman Subway rest stop. Kids were starving on the way back... So Subway was great to have on the way back. We slept for most of the ride back to LV. Yes, we had multiple drop off stops. But considering the 8-9 hours round trip drive... Taking a tour bus to Grand Canyon is a great alternative. My young boys will have memories of a lifetime. And my husband and I had a relatively stress free trip to GC. All in all I would recommend a tour bus to Grand Canyon.

He stated Excellent Customer Service, what a joke. I haven't tried and will never pay this company for my tour. They have a phone on the site to call, I called a few times and no answering machine but a recording saying this voicemail box is full and cannot hold too many messages. Ok, so I decided to email them because I wanted to clarify some things that contradicted Keth Kravitz's reviews, he stated this company is all inclusive with lunch and etc.....But when I looked on the website, it does say "All inclusive" but lunch is not provided. Then of course the first thing came into mind was to call them and clarify. I got fed up with their voicemailing system so I emailed them. This is the response I received: Alice, We are swamped with tour bookings for tomorrow. All your answers can be found on our website. We don't employ a large staff to answer the same questions over and over, which the answers can be found on the website. If you would like us to answer the phone more, we will have to hire more people and raise our prices. Perhaps our company is just not the right fit for you. I'd definitely recommend this tour and do it at the beginning of your trip. We wish we had known a day earlier as we would've went. Act to some of them for meals! In Vegas, food can be pricey which is ok if the food is good. We had experiences with pricey food that wasn't good (see my other reviews. Hahaha). Here were some positive and a very big negative with the company's customer service (see below). Positives: Carson's kitchen was great! They sat us right away and all the food was amazing. My boyfriend doesn't eat seafood so when they brought out the first course (deviled eggs), they left the caviar off. We also had the fried chicken skins, the rainbow cauliflower and a watermelon, feta salad that was so delicious. 7th and Carson was also great. The staff was friendly and gave us a nice rundown of the meal. The arugula salad with poached pears and burratta was so good, and the gnocchi with a mushroom cream sauce was also fantastic. The fish and chips were pretty good, but I only had a bite since we were pretty full and I'm not a big friend food fan. They also brought us a little dessert tart that was cute and just the right amount of sweet to cap the night. Cons: Therapy was very disappointing. I had read reviews previously and saw what was previously offered at each location, so when they brought out poke, crab salad and bruschetta it was a less than good surprise. I called the morning of our tour and the guy asked if I'd checked my spam. I was on my phone and didn't initially see it but did find it after a little searching. I then asked if there was anything I needed to do before showing up for the tour and he replied with the most annoyed tone "did you read the email". I had just owned the email and was trying to skim it quickly while on the call in case I had additional questions before we hung up and when I shared that and said I didn't want to waste his time trying to read thoroughly and again he said "well did you read the email yet". I've honestly never had someone be so rude, especially when I was being very friendly. Turns out there was nothing important specific that we needed to do except show up on time, easy enough to say on the phone (I was worried there was something extra I might need to sign to confirm or something). If he's the owner, he must not like his job, and if the owner is reading this and some of the other reviews it might be worth having a conversation or putting that person in a non customer facing role. As someone who works in CS, even on a bad day I wouldn't take it out on a customer who was approaching with kindness.
