Nikki was our guide and she was so knowledgeable about the city and fun facts about old and new Vegas! We stopped at the Welcome to Las Vegas sign for pictures and went on our strip tour all the way to downtown, Fremont Street. We then had the opportunity to enjoy the High Roller which was so unique! We got to see the blood moon from 550ft above ground, the Bellagio Fountains which had the USA colors in preparation for the 4th of July! We got to see the sphere and so many glittering lights. I love Las Vegas and learning about its history, and even though I've been on many PJ tours, I learn so many new things every single time. I love that every tour is a little different depending on your tour guide and their style, knowledge, and favorite things to share. It makes each experience feel completely unique, even if you've toured with Pink Jeep before. For the Grand Canyon, we did a private tour and it was so worth it. Being able to go at our own pace and have some flexibility in deciding where we wanted to spend more of our time made the day feel much more personal and relaxed. We never felt rushed and could really take in the experience. Such a fun day and such a cool way to experience the Grand Canyon! Travis picked us up to head to the Grand Canyon West and was already such a delight when he greeted us. He was very fun and uplifting and made the tour even more exciting. It is a longer tour, roundtrip 9 hours, but once we got to the West Rim, it was beautiful!! It went for flat desert landscape into this deep canyon and Travis took many fantastic photos of us. We ate Hualapai tacos for lunch, and fry bread might be my new favorite thing. We saw the Hoover dam over a partially cloudy, beautiful day, and stopped finally at Hemingway park to check out some bighorn sheep. What a fantastic adventure that I would recommend to anyone in Vegas with an extra day to come see one of the wonders of the world!! read more

I can never recommend Pink Jeep Tours enough! My family and I joined the Grand Canyon West Rim tour and it was amazing from the second we were picked up to the moment we were dropped off. The tour guide, Carol was incredibly knowledgeable and truly made the tour a memorable one all of us, but mostly for my son. She was sure to include him in conversations and made him feel so important by offering him a cold towel after he mentioned a few times how hot he was. I mean, it's mid August and I think the highest temperature was 101 degrees! He was a trooper though and Carol made sure to help him cool down with a personalized touch proving the care she showed the whole time. The tour couldn't have been any better. We had such an excellent time with the Pink Jeep Tours back in January! I had a group of 11 planning for the Hoover Dam tour and while these jeeps only hold 10 people (max) I had to call to reserve spots on 2 of the jeeps so that we could split our group. Making the reservation over the phone was super easy and I appreciated how we could pay the tip in advance. This meant that on the day of the tour, our group did not need to think about bringing additional cash for the tour guides. The day before the tour, I was sent a message with the meeting spot and a time to meet. It was so great to know that they would come to our hotel to pick us up! We were staying altho cosmo so meeting them near the rideshare area was perfect. The first Jeep arrived to pick up some of the group and then shortly afterwards, another Jeep arrived for us. Both of the tour guides were so friendly and I am really mad at myself for not writing this review sooner because I totally forgot their names. If you were handling 2 groups on January 14, you were excellent and so informative. On the drive, we were told lots of history about the city near the dam and we were given a cool lesson on how they built the dam. Our tour guides were so knowledgeable about Las Vegas and the Valley. I learned a lot of cool facts and enjoyed the drive to the dam. When we arrived, our guides made sure we knew what we could and could not take into the dam tour, so we kept a lot of our items in the jeep so they would not be confiscated. They were really just so helpful and funny. We visited the dam and both of our tour guides were with us helping to take photos and providing us with additional information if we had questions. There was some construction going on, so we heard a little bit about that as well. They brought us to some really cool areas for photos and I am so glad they did bc I had a great time with my friends for our photoshoot with the bridge and dam behind us. Honestly, taking a Pink Jeep Tour was on my bucket list so I am very glad I was able to get this checked off. I will definitely do another one and recommend them to others. read more

So much fun! We took the afternoon tour for the Ghost Town Tour. Our driver knew tons of Las Vegas history, I'm born and raised here and he knew plenty I didn't know. The Ghost Town was really fun to explore on our own, and we bought fun souvenirs in the shop. The actual tour of the mine was very informative. I've always heard great things about Pink Jeep Tours, which is why I booked one for my niece while she was visiting Las Vegas. People talk about the incredible views, knowledgeable guides, and unforgettable experiences. Unfortunately, none of that happened for us. Instead, two different tours were canceled--both on the same day--and the experience left us feeling let down and overlooked. We started the day early, driving her out to South Point Casino for a 7 a.m. pickup. Just before arrival, we were told it was pushed to 8. She waited patiently, only to be told that the tour was canceled because the other guests dropped out. They offered a refund and 25% off the 1 p.m. tour. We appreciated the offer and were still hopeful, so we drove her all the way back out for the afternoon tour. And then--canceled again. No warning. No explanation beyond "it's not happening." A delayed refund doesn't make up for the emotional toll of rearranging the entire day, driving across town twice, and watching my niece's excitement turn into disappointment. She came to Vegas hoping for an adventure--and ended up waiting in casino lobbies with nothing to show for it. The staff was polite, and I don't think anyone intended harm. But this felt careless, disorganized, and dismissive of our time. I know mistakes happen, but for a company with such a great reputation, I expected better communication, more reliability, and a real effort to make things right. I still believe Pink Jeep can offer amazing experiences--but not for us, not today. read more

Just be at the designated pick up on time . The tour is time structured throughout the experience , not rushed but meeting back on time from the stops will create more things to see . The tour guild was phenomenal . Well versed in the history and facts of the area . Bob ensured everyone had quality pictures of themselves in the backdrop of the beautiful surroundings. I took my dad on the Red Rock Classic tour and overall had a great experience! Our tour guide, Bob, was incredibly knowledgeable not only about the actual nature reserve but also of the entire Las Vegas area history. You hit all the major spots throughout the Red Rock Scenic Loop (a 13mile loop that goes throughout area). There was also an option to go on a short walk/hike. About 15-20mins total. Not very challenging - even if you never hike. I will say, I was very grateful how accommodating our tour guide was. My dad uses a cane for balance and Bob made sure that an extra step stool was available to make getting in and out of the Jeep slightly easier. He also triple checked if my dad was ok with doing the hike and gave him the option to ride in the jeep instead. (My dad ended up doing the hike well!!). Total duration from pickup to dropoff was about 5.5 hours. It was a bit cloudy the day we went. When the suns out, it's even more beautiful. This is a great choice for a quick getaway into some nature! read more

Sarah was excellent--funny, knowledgeable, and attentive. She made sure we were comfortable, offering cold towels, hydration stations, and everything we needed to stay cool and enjoy the adventure. The 90-minute pontoon boat ride was both relaxing and fascinating. We learned more about the history of the Hoover Dam, explored scenic caves, and had plenty of opportunities to take incredible photos. We even got to step off the boat, walk around, and dip our toes in the water, which was a refreshing touch. This tour is great for families and can accommodate both small and large groups. Lunch and plenty of water were provided, which was a big plus. I'd recommend bringing sneakers, water shoes (optional), comfortable clothes, sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen, and a camera (the tour guides are great at helping you capture those perfect shots). A small backpack to carry your essentials is also handy. While we had special accommodations on this tour, the usual itinerary includes a stop at the Hoover Dam itself, where you can explore the power plants underground and walk across the top of the dam. My parents and I booked the West Rim Canyon and Hoover Dam tour a few weeks back and went today. I would 100% recommend this tour as it was informative, beautiful and stress free. Booking was easy and the company was clear with information to include pick up time and location and all of the trip details. John was our tour guide and he was spectacular. He picked us up at the Luxor at 0630 along with two other people. We then picked up a group of 3 at Bellagio for a total of 8 out of a max 9. The tour group size was perfect and allowed us all to mingle and it was easy to wrangle everyone up when it was time to move on. The jeep was clean, stocked with ample cold water bottles and the temperature was kept comfortable the entire tour. John made sure he checked in about that. John was friendly, knowledgeable and was completely clear when it came to the day's itinerary and timeline. We accomplished a lot in one day but never felt rushed. There was ample time at each stop and John even stepped in as a photographer when we needed his help. He made sure to point out landmarks along the way and even pulled over to allow us to check out the big horn sheep. Lunch was provided and you had a choice of several different sandwiches (your choice is made during confirmation and booking) along with a bag of chips. It was the perfect lunch to eat on the go. I had the ham and cheese. The Grand Canyon was beautiful and I was fascinated to learn all of the details about how the dam was built. Quite amazing. The tour was stress free as all tickets for entering the canyon were taken care of by the guide. My dad and I opted to purchase tickets to the skywalk which was super cool. Although there is no bathroom on the bus, on the way there and back you stop at a gas station which has clean bathrooms and plenty of snack and drink options. Took a Red Rock Canyon tour with Pink Jeep Tours Father's Day weekend. We were picked up from the Aria hotel first thing in the morning. Our group was small; only 6 people which was nice as opposed to a big 50 person bus. Our guide (Wally I think) was very knowledgeable and took all kinds of time explaining everything about the park, history, wildlife and horticulture. We stopped multiple times to examine distinct areas and take pictures. Our guide took us on a short hike to an awesome picture spot and was so accommodating. We did have some mechanical issues and had to switch Jeep's about 3/4 of the way through the tour, but the company was pretty quick in the switch and we were not delayed too much. We used Pink Jeep for a Hoover Dam half day excursion. The jeep arrived on time, and the vehicle was in good condition. There are no bench seats. Every person gets their own spacious leather seat. The AC was at a good level throughout the tour. We were able to see much of Vegas as we picked up the others for the tour. There were only 8 of us that day total in the "jeep". Our driver was Chris. He was very nice, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We were offered water multiple times and it was pretty hot, so we appreciated that! It was about 45 minutes to get to Hoover but the drive there was scenic because we drove through Boulder City and near Lake Mead. There were so many cool things to look at and beautiful pictures to take! Chris told us many facts about a lot of things along the way. Once we got there, we went to the highest point and took pictures with the dam below us. After that, we drove down to the parking lot and got out. We went to the top of the dam where Chris told us many facts about it (including the double time zone part) and he took many pictures for all of us. After all of that, we were led to the escalator that goes below for that tour. He waited for us as we did that, and we were instructed to meet him near the gift shop after so we could all return to the "jeep". He was punctual, as were the other guests. We had a nice trip back too. I would love to take another Pink Jeep tour that's offered on their website in the future. We had a really nice experience. I highly recommend this company! read more

I went on my first tour with Pink Jeep this past Friday, 08/09 and it was everything I expected, and more. Our tour guide, John, was an expert not only with Valley of Fire, but Las Vegas in general. On the way to Valley of Fire he spoke about points of interest in and around Las Vegas. He was very friendly as well. He told us that we were going in full on rattlesnake season, which was a little concerning, but everything ended up being fine. Pink Jeep also provided lunch for us consisting of a sandwich and a bag of chips. The Jeep was also loaded with a cooler filled with lots of bottles of water and chilled towelettes to keep you cool. Once at the Valley of Fire, you make several stops with amazing views. You will also make a stop at the visitor's center where you learn a lot of history about the people who once inhabited the area. I highly recommend taking a tour with Pink Jeep. read more

The ride to the Dam was smooth. The massive size of the Hoover Dam is amazing in person. The powerful winds that creates the updraft allows an better understanding of the builders had to work with in the past. The Power Plant is designed to fuel electricity to several people and states. I learned a lot of science and history about how important the Hoover Dam is in the past and today. The beauty of the waters as it flows is breathtaking. I was attending a convention, which included an option to do a Hoover Dam tour one afternoon. I jumped at the opportunity, along with a colleague who had just had knee surgery a few weeks earlier. I was more nervous than her-she had no qualms about climbing all the stairs and walking the entire tour. Our guide noticed that she was walking a little slower and took extra care to check in on her and ensure that the pace was comfortable for her without jeopardizing the experience for the others. He was great! The jeep was very comfortable-not as rugged as I had expected. Just beware-as you exit from the back of the vehicle, you need to duck your head. Even though our tour guide reminded us, I saw several people bop their heads as they got out. I would not hesitate to book with them again in the future. We went to Valley of fire and it was an absolutely awesome day!! Our guide was Carol and she made the trip so interactive and educational on top of being a great day in nature. She was very knowledgeable about the agriculture and rock formations as well as knowing all the cool formations to visit and point out, eagle rock, poodle rock, the mini grand piano as well as the gorilla rock. We also got to see some pictographs which always encourage thoughtful conversations. I have some health issues that prevent me from going out "hiking" like I used to. That being said all of the stops we went to were accessible for photo opportunities and I saw that there were many trails that are flat and don't require you to climb over or have to pull yourself up on anything. This is a great place for young and old alike. For groups who might want something both easy and advanced. It's definitely friendly for all levels of experience. As a local it was a great way to experience Valley of fire. Thanks to Carol I feel confident to go back and visit on my own with friends and family.
