Parking is easy to find in front of the store. Simply pull up to take a look. You won't find chipped China or tarnished jewelry here. The Warehouse has indoor and outdoor furniture for sale. This is not your typical consignment shop because they have high quality selection of home goods to choose from if your budget is flexible. The showroom is clean and dust bunnies were well trained. Walking around can by tricky in some areas so be careful. There's a decent selection of outdoor furniture in the back. read more

I've shopped here repeatedly for a few years now - amazing light fixtures and furniture and accent pieces. The service is better than ever especially if you work with Adrienne. She was so patient and resourceful helping me decide on new chairs for living room as there were a couple of great options in their inventory. The level of chic in the buying/merchandising is bar none especially for resale. While there are many high style resale sites for buying - I much prefer to see things in person, touch, sit in, get an opinion etc. Thank you Adrienne! - I was beaming ear to ear last night enjoying the updates to my living room thanks to your great eye and expertise. This store owner is def not to be trusted. Just look at her negative reviews! In addition, she gaslights and harasses anyone who gives her a negative review. Wow! This lady just won't stop. What an incredible turnaround. After my last post, the owner Karen reached back out to me. It was absolutely a beautiful interaction- she heard me- really listened. And we looked over the records from our previous engagement together and sorted out a fair way to settle up. I have to say- it's one thing to just give good service. But it a whole next level to do what Karen did- point directly into a difficult situation and stay with it until we found a resolution that worked for both of us, that was fair. Please be cautious when signing a consignment contract with this store. I recently visited to see if they were interested in buying a lamp from me and showed the owner some pictures. She offered to sell the lamp on consignment and had me sign a 60-day contract. However, the store set an exorbitantly high price of $500 for the lamp, which I found confusing. I couldn't imagine anyone paying that much for a used lamp. The day after the contract expired, the lamp sold, but I did not receive any payment. I suspect they intentionally list items at such high prices that they don't sell during the contract period. Once the contract ends, they lower the price, sell the item, and keep the entire profit without sharing it with the original owner. This feels dishonest and unkind, and certainly not the type of neighbor I want. I live in this neighborhood and feel taken advantage of. Based on other posts, it seems that this practice is common for the store. Looking back, I should have taken the loss and donated this lamp to a thrift store that supports a good cause instead of giving it to someone so greedy. read more

The prices are unusually high for used furniture and the selection is limited. Modern mostly, and it's imitation modern than the real deal (like Eames) I spotted some chairs at the Home Consignment store in San Rafael and a week later saw the identical chairs at Warehouse for significantly more so I'm not sure if they are just buying furniture from other consignment stores in Marin and marking it up. I find some of these 5 star reviews a little suspect - seems like they say the same thing and might be friends of the owner. read more

This is an overpriced thrift store. Prices seem usually high for furniture that is literally donated to local thrift stores and purchased for peanuts only to be marked up and sold at exorbitant prices at this place. We didn't see anything special on our visit here. There was a cool lamp, which I took a picture of and per Google was able to find several hits of identical brand new lamps at a fraction of the price of the used lamp on display. I'm surprised to see so many 5 star reviews, but having grown up in Mill Valley, I suspect the glowing reviews are written by friends/family of the owner, which is at best deceitful. You should visit The Warehouse if you want to pay high end prices for bargain basement thrift store finds, and don't mind falling for the grift. read more

Such a disappointment! They have beautiful items that are SOOO overpriced. For instance, the Article Sven sofa they are selling *second hand* for $1499 currently retails for $1699 brand new. They have a cocktail shaker that's part of a drink set that costs $60 brand new. They are selling just the shaker for $59. So, nice stuff? Yep. Should you just buy it brand new and at least get the free delivery and warranty? Absolutely. read more

I was surprised to see two paintings I had donated to the charity shop in this store priced at 500-600 dollars each! I hadn't put these rather unskilled works on my wall since receiving them as a gift from a neighbor that moved away as they were just really really hard to look at. I finally decided to give them to charity, hoping someone who was experincing financial challenges would be able to put some color on their wall. I did not expect them to be bought and resold by a shop like this. That defeats the entire intention! While I go out of my way to support women owned and run ventures, please, please, ladies, do better! We can do better and we must do better. We should because we can all find ways to add value to this world. And for the final time (I hope) let us all stop calling ourselves "curators", when clearly we are not! The Warehouse MV has such soul. Each interior piece seems to have an incredible history and quality to it. I have purchased items over the past 3 years here and feel like it is such a bargain for such high end pieces! We have outfitted our backyard with items from the warehouse as well as our living, dining and master bedroom. Can't say enough praise about this absolute gem of a store. read more

I made a special trip (hour drive) out to the store because I wanted to look at mid century modern consignment furniture and they definitely had a lovely selection. The staff seemed very helpful and answered all my questions. Ultimately I didn't find anything that I needed on this trip but I think the store is worth a visit especially if you're looking for high end mid-century modern consignment. They have outdoor furniture too which was pretty neat as well. read more

The Warehouse is a wonderful, well-curated resale and vintage shop tucked into Mill Valley. The owner clearly has a great eye, and there are many lovely home and furnishing items to explore and consider. Rugs, glassware, artwork, small and large furnishings. The shop is staged as complete rooms within the open floor plan of the building, and one could easily decorate most of a home with great taste from this small shop. I discovered the store on Facebook Marketplace, when they posted a gorgeous leather sectional, which I purchased. While checking out the sofa, I found many other beautiful items, and was impressed by both the styling, the value offered, and the truly lovely staff. They responded promptly to my inquiry, were generously helpful in holding it until I could make it to Mill Valley, and were a delight to work with from my initial call to the order pick-up.
