On March 29/2022 I went to this place to wash my car. A cadillac ATS they put some chemicals in my car interiors dashboard. My card have a big stein I told them but they didn't do any thing to remedy my situation or fix the problem now I have to pay a lot of money to replace the dashboard. My review gets a 1 star because the service was OK. The main problem is what happened when they figured out what to charge me. The Wash -clearly has rates posted - it was a slow day today due to the weather being cloudy and I guess they wanted to make up for it by overcharging me as an owner of an SUV. Rates for "Large SUV and Trucks -$25.00 ". ( and $3.00 additional for tires ) which is clearly a total of $28.00. They charged $35.00 " XL Lifted trucks and Vans " and $3.00 for tires. Clearly ( my stock Chevy Suburban as shown in the photo ) is a LARGE SUV Not a Lifted Truck or Van. When I asked what appeared to me the manager about the rate before they finished washing the truck he asked what I was charged. ( which already raises a question in my mind ) When I told him $38.00 he said yes it was correct. This business is clearly running a scam by up charging owners of SUV's. Avoid this business ! - there are plenty of other local hand car washes that charge their posted rates. read more

Had an amazing experience today. Brought my daughters car to be deep cleaned. The crew shampooed and steam cleaned and removed all lingering cat odor imbedded in the back seat. This is one of the two car washes I really like. I like that it's a hand car wash and the prices can't be beat. Majority of the time, they are super thorough and use the vacuum as well as forced air pressure in all the right crevices. I got an exterior buff and wax here, and I must say I was really impressed! I drive a black 05 s2000 and anyone with black paint knows how hard it is to keep clean, especially on older cars. These guys were able to clear most of the fine swirls and scratches I had, making my car look a million times better, all with great service and within a reasonable price. They used to be good but changed management. Now it's really not managed well at all. Recently went to go get my new car washed here and left with some minor scratches as well as some weird gunk towards the bottom part of my car near the wheel wells. I think it was soap? Not sure. Also tons of white streaks on the passenger side of the car. I also like it when they service Spanish speaking customers better than non Spanish speaking customers. They literally spent 15 minutes on the car in front of me while they spent 5 on mine. If you're paying up to $15 for a car wash, you'd expect better service and attention to detail. It's really gone down hill here. I'm sure if another hand car wash opened up nearby, they'd put these hooligans out of business. read more

Went on a Saturday for an express detail. But they were too busy to accommodate it. (This happens to me often at washes -- I'm a bit of a newb to these small East Coast operations, having previously detailed twice monthly in LA.) So I got a standard wash. The staff was quick, left my car pretty clean. But it still needs a detail. The only other issue is the entrance is right off a busy road. I just got my car wash a week ago. This place has been changed together with a new owenership. My car after wash was still dirty especially front bumper part and front window which was wiped with a dirty towel inside. I would really wanted to go back there to ask them to reclean those but what will be the point of me going back there and waste time? I bought a second hand 2006 car and brought it to The Wash. They washed and waxed it. I don't know what they did but the car looked brand new. I drive it during the day in all kinds of weather. However it just kept looking great. So after 3 months of never needing a wash I finally brought it to them for a wash. They are 2 brothers who really take pride in their work. Took my compact SUV here for first time. Did the basic wash & vacuum package. They did a pretty good job but had to be asked several times to cover areas they'd missed. Didn't vacuum cargo area. It's a rush job done by three to five men in an hurry. Prices range from $12.00 up. Small SUV $14.00 (tips additional) for basic wash and vacuum. Add ten dollars for hand sprayed wax. None of the men spoke English; one very little. You'll need to be sure they understand what you want and expect to pay for. (One man told me $10.00 for wax, the other $15.00.) read more

Went there today to get my car washed. I got there at 8:30 am and they had only been open for 1/2 hour. I was the first car there. I pulled in and they did the usual with the soap etc. Since I was the only car there at that hour, I expected better service. Instead they rushed through it, didn't thoroughly wipe down the car so there were water spots, the windows weren't thoroughly cleaned so I could still again see water spots and the bottom of my car was still dirty. That is $12 I will never get back. This used to be a really good place to get the car washed but it's changed management a few times and has gone down hill. This is an awesome place. I have been going here for about a year. By now, the employees recognize my car because of a pikachu inside my rear window. They gangbang the car and the car comes out sparkling clean. This place is usually quite packed so I usually wait about 20 minutes in line and about 10-15 minutes for the wash inside and out. You really get the bang for the buck with these guys, only $12 + a few dollars for a wash. Some place charge you much more and still have dirt all over the car. read more
