Signs are clear from the road where the car wash is and the entrance. They also have prices listed as well as what comes with those so you don't have to wonder what all you are getting. I went on a Sunday afternoon around 1pm and it wasn't too busy. They had two people working. A lady washing the exterior of the car and a man vacuuming and detailing the inside. This car wash is all done by hand which is good. If you want an exterior wash only for a non SUV car it's $15. For an exterior and interior wash it is $25 and up depending on what all you want. The price for SUVs is more expensive versus a regular sized car. They take both cash and card. I wouldn't say that there is customer service here per say in the sense that the two that were working were both busy cleaning cars. So you have to basically stay in your car and pull it up when they are done with the next car at least that's what I did. I also wasn't really greeted or given information about the car wash types etc. It's probably best you know what car wash you want so that you can tell them. I stated which one i wanted by telling them the price of it. The waiting area is outside. They have plastics chairs some under a covering and others not. It took about an hour to get my car washed from the time I pulled up to the time I drove off. I can say they cleaned it pretty well and I was satisfied with the service. I would consider using them again.

Since we've been home for COVID I have been relying on drive thru car washes. One morning I had the bright idea to pick up sod...my car was a complete mess afterwards and I found a bug in the car...makes sense in hindsight but I didn't consider this when deciding to pick up the sod... I frantically called around to find a mobile detailer...there are plenty in ATL but there was a 50-50 change of rain so no one wanted to come...except Just Detail. Within about an hour my car was clean with no indication that I had hauled sod that morning. I was really appreciative of the same day service and willingness to come out despite the forecast...thankfully it did not rain...

I am here to tell you, that when I picked it up, I couldn't tell that it was even my car. Spotless is an understatement. They know their business and they were genuinely happy to please me. All ProntoWashes are not owned by the same people. This particular location moved from a spot behind Lenox Mall. A hotel was put in it's place so I had to hunt for them. It is a family business and they really provided "knock your socks off" service.

Last night at the braves game, I parked in the Green Deck (a free up to 2 hour deck) at the battery. I chose to park in the ProntoWash spots and pay $30 to have my car washed while enjoying a team event with my colleagues. When I returned to my car a couple hours later, I was displeased to discover that my car was COVERED in residue and just looked like someone rubbed a wet rag over my exterior and threw some tire shine on for good measure. A pig with Lipstick, if you may. I literally cannot see out of my side mirrors when lights shine on in the dark. I immediately sent a FB message - which was IGNORED. I could see that they read it and chose not to respond. OK WHAT? I just called on my lunch break and was combated with "your car was in terrible shape and we hand washed that car, we have videos of the before" (I asked to see and they never sent them). And that I was "paying for parking" (I was paying for the carwash in a free lot). Regardless there are 2 points here: 1. This is not true, I have my car washed every two weeks at the Two Minit Car Wash on piedmont for $20 (in AND out wash). I reasoned with their pricing by considering $10 for parking plus $20 for a wash. 2. Even if my car was that dirty, isn't that WHY I would go? Seriously, what kind of excuse is that? This was the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. She told me I was free to dispute the charge, that I was disrespectful, and without saying "you're wrong, I'm right", countered EVERYTHING I had to say. She did, however, ask me "are you done" when she was ready for me to stop talking. Either way, she just didn't want to give a refund or admit that the service was bad. Don't go here..save your money. Park in another lot for $5 and got to 2 Minit on Piedmont. These people seriously don't deserve your cash.

I had aaaaaaalot of junk....from trash to dog fur (and lots of it). He shampooed my seats and detailed every part of the inside of my car. They told me it was the actuator and the repair cost was over $500 dollars. When I asked them did the A/C compressor check out they told me they had not gotten that far. I asked them why you would check out a minor system over a major component. I told them that I would pay the $95.00 diagnostic fee and to have my car ready for pick-up, that's when the diagnostic fee increased to $150.00. I also came to realize that in the repair costs they had slipped in a $70.00 oil change. I ask you, who do you trust?
