There are two lanes inside, on the day I went there was only one lane open and no wait. It was a pretty standard experience. I received a receipt and copy of the test. There was stuff coming out from within the seat gaps. There were stains, and streaks on windshield. He didnt even open the trunk! When I finally expressed my frustration about the unprofessionalism, the owner became defensive and argumentative instead of apologizing or attempting to fix the situation. In the end, he refused to complete the service and told me to get my money back because I didn't want to listen to more excuses. I'm highly disappointed because I try to support Black-owned businesses, but this company does not reflect the professionalism and quality that should be expected. Save your time and money--look elsewhere for better service.
