I had a great experience from making the reservation, confirming the reservation, and receiving service. The team gives off a big family vibe and was helpful in recommending a place to go nearby why I waited on my car to be detailed. We bought the living social package and it is a great deal! The location is easy to find and if you don't want to wait in their waiting area, there is a Starbucks nearby, plus the adorable downtown of Tucker. The service was friendly and informative. I did have to wait a little longer than expected, but honestly the condition of my car was pretty rough, as my car had been stolen a couple of weeks before and reeked of cigarette smoke, and was covered with ashes and candy wrappers.. (big shout out to the personal who car jacked me, you did I fine job with that hot boxing for only a few hours.) All this to say, I'm sure there are lots of companies out there that could get the job done, but the price and the process from buying the living social, to making an appointment was amazing and I will def recommend this company to others! read more

Let me preface this by saying steven provided good (not great) customer service. I bought a Groupon for detailing my car. They are not true detailers. I spent $60 ubering to and from work because they had to detail it twice...13 hours of work. They had my car 6 hours the first time and 7 hours the second. Each time they didn't even clean the cup holders. Their "shampooing" of the carpet was a spray of degreaser and wiping it with a cloth. Yes. I asked. I won t comment on the seats as I know they were stained, but their attempt was nominal. I had a straw wrapper on the side that they didn't catch. Dust on the dashboard. I stopped by today to get a quote on a dent that was partially "fixed" (and ruined) by someone else. Dent Relief quoted me a decent price ($500) for everything that he was going to do to my car which included a new piece and touch ups on scratches. Grant it, I've stopped by larger companies to get quotes on the damage on my car and they all quoted more than $2,000 to fix what I want done plus more. Dent Relief was simple, to the point and straightforward as to what would be done. They also have a comfortable waiting area and complementary snacks and drinks which is always a plus. What also makes this place better is that they offer free headlight repair to any service that you get done. read more

$120 WASTED! Ive had my car detailed 3 times before, this by far was the worse. I will get this out of the way first to be fair, the customer service is GREAT the work is HORRIBLE. Before the work was started, I asked if the hoodliner AND engine/bay would be clean. I was informed they would be taken care of, neither of them were done. When I was called to be informed the car was complete, I had to put my own floormats back into my own car. The plastic pieces that fade from years weren't even touched, still faded. I know these pieces will never look new, however there are products on the market for this very purpose. In short, this is a VERY expensive car wash. read more

I recently purchased a Groupon for a full detail service on my car, and the results were mixed. The Groupon deal was $119 for what is supposedly a $250 detail service, but in reality I would say the service was worth around $100. The car looks great inside and out, and the interior received a lot of attention, but unfortunately a couple of the services that were supposedly included either didn't happen or didn't yield great results. No headlight restoration was performed, and the touch up paint that was used doesn't match my vehicles pain at all, and it wasn't expertly applied. There was also some sticky stuff on one of the rear windows that didn't get removed, yet I was able to take it off with a little bit of rubbing alcohol. I'm really glad I didn't pay $250 for the service, and even for $119 it was a bit of a stretch. Definitely need more attention to detail in the future. I will echo another Yelp reviewer who said that it's basically a very expensive car wash. read more
