Literally, the service attendant flagged me in and I was uncomfortable doing so but you kept pushing me and next I know I'm in the car wash. Can't see the car in front of me and I feel a bump: So they show my insurance cover the video and blame me. I never got to see the video and I'm not sure my insurance company did either. The manager quickly came out and stopped me from taking pictures of the car that I supposedly hit and taking pictures of the area in the accident. It's all set up to prevent paying. Car wash is a scam. Recommend when they flag you in you wait for car lengths and then go in instead of letting them push your capacity and if you hit somebody in front of you paying for it like I did.

I asked for their cameras and then they said it was their fault. They offered $9 for all. I rejected it, it was offensive. Second time I went there with a new car and a temporary plate, the plate was gone after the washing. Nobody told me not to get a wash or that it could be damaged. They didn't even allowed me to file a claim. It will ALWAYS BE SOMEONE ELSE'S FAULT, NOT THEIRS! Cancelling my subscription and not going back again.

Lo and behold I found this gem! Not only did I spray off the under body, but I used the foam brush and tire cleaner. My car is so clean now! If I was using quarters at a typical coin wash, I would probably be out $25 considering the time I spent washing and vacuuming. I took my car through this car wash on January 20th. I got out of the car once I went through the wash to dry it off really good, even though it was 10 degrees. I like to make sure the car wash cleaned it good and dry it so there are no water spots. I noticed lots of a small scratches all over the hood, mirrors and trunk. I filed a complaint with the office and received an email saying there is no way that the car wash caused these scratches. Remind you, this is a brand new car so where else would this have happened. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS THROUGH THIS CAR WASH IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR. BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR CARS I filed a claim and was told that the scratches were not from my recent visit to crew carwash. I have filed a complaint with The BBB AND I will be looking to sue for damages to my Brand new car. They are running on auto pilot and collecting the cash. They have a corner on the market a bit with location and history of being in this spot. Get in line, hand over your money, be on your way. Now it appears that the price I noted 9 years ago was $19 and this time my car wash was $18, so that says something. And then $2 for 8 minutes of self-vacuuming. When I return home to detail the inside further myself, the outside windows remain smudged and dirty. Upon closer inspection, this is when I noticed how dirty the outside of my car remained. I understand a drive-thru car is not a hand wash job and it cannot get everything. But my car was dirty before and remained so after...noticeably. My new rating of a 2 is because my car remained filthy....full stop. There are so many employees out front of Crew Car Wash when I am there, taking money and getting you properly on the conveyor belt. Like noticeably a lot. Some of those employees could be better utilized with a bucket of suds and a scrub brush to simply brush down those spots on your front bumper/headlights and tailgate a bit before a car enters the conveyor belt. Nothing too labor intensive. In Vegas and elsewhere where I regularly have cars washed, this is standard. It would have probably gotten off a chunk of the dirt, bugs, grime that remained on my vehicle and thus not warranted a 2 on Yelp. I know, life is about managing expectations and clearly I need to lower them here at Crew Car Wash. Maybe even some of those employees doing a bit of drying on the tail end would be nice. People like me provide tips for stuff like that and this would catch the window smudges I am talking about that were real bad. Again, lots of staff up front that could be a bit nicer upon taking my money, but indeed the service quality needs to be much improved. All show, but no dice. Not sure I am returning anytime soon.

Previous owner had a dog that shed A LOT. I have to say that I was very impressed with their work. Trista took care of the detailing and Justin worked the front desk. They were very professional and did a really good job. My car was squeaky clean and all the pet hair was gone! I never expected them to clean it that well. They take appointments over the phone and prefer it if you leave your car in for the whole day. The pet hair removal was an extra $40, but totally worth it. I would definitely come here again if I needed detailing done. The price isn't low, but it's worth the quality.
