That's okay with me because I have to do absolutely nothing except wait 20 minutes in their lobby which is clean, smells nice, and offers free coffee. The first time I went, the teens working there didn't vacuum my car out very well and this did frustrate me because at that price point, the service needs to be great. Came back today for another wash, mentioned to the manager (John) that it wasn't done well last time. He made a note, literally, on the window for a manager to check my car when done. I actually had a manager (Armando) tell me to wait a few more minutes so that he could check it. This time it was perfect! Feeling excited about my nice clean car and feeling like I got the service that I paid for! I just have to say, many are quicker to write a negative review than to actually approach a manager with a problem. All it took was a gentle mention of a previous issue to John and he was able to make sure the job was done better this time.
