Parking lot is one way so keep that in mind, that part was kind of a pain coming from my direction then leaving someone of course came in the do not enter and almost hit me. I had about 12 towels to wash so found one of their larger washers. I liked that everything was grouped by size and most labeled where it was easy to see. The dryers weren't great from my experience and why the 4 stars. I picked a 5 load machine over the 3 load because it was only .75c more. I put it on the high heat and let it dry for the I think 30 min it was. But the towels weren't dry. I had to load them up damn to take him and dry again. I didn't have time to run it again and also didn't want to pay another $3. They had lots of people working, folding, keeping things organized and clean which I liked.

Three female employees who were folding laundry watched it happen and none of them checked on my well-being. I went to the ER the following morning for X-rays and now have an MRI scheduled for my right knee. Ive reached out to the company via email and all they did was asked what I was wearing so they could locate me on CCTV. This happened May 26 and I have not heard from them. Ive contacted an attorney to resolve. Horrible manage and they obviously don't care about their customers.

This business is overcharging on a regular basis. First time visit Along with dry cleaning, I drop off a couple shirts and say, "Laundered with light starch please." When I pick up the clothes, the price seems high and I ask about the individual costs. When she tells me, I say, "You mean laundered is the same price as dry cleaning?" She tells me that they were dry cleaned and I say, "But I asked for these to be laundered." "We go by fabric," she tells me. I walk out and then back in. "If you have some rule, you've got to tell me. You can't just switch the order." Which, btw, doubles the price. "You can call the owner." I do. It's a man named Karl. Okay, I'm a little preachy. "I've been using dry cleaners for decades, my whole life. My job required five laundered shirts plus dry cleaning every week for many years. I've used full price cleaners and discount. I've lived in different states. No one has ever changed the order, upped the price and not even bothered to tell me both before and after." "Well, I don't know about your twenty decades.' He meant years for multiple decades. "But we go by the care label. We've had people say it's okay, and the shirt is ruined. How much money are we talking about?" Karl says. I say, "My cost is nothing, maybe $8-10 dollars." I'm not calling about that. It's the way they're running their business that I want to bring to his attention. He calls the store while I'm there. The woman admits to not telling me that they would switch the order or that they did switch the order. He refunds the cost and tells me to find another cleaners. Plus, he says that he doesn't like my tone. Then I send him photos of the care label. . He makes no comment. His store is dry cleaning in bumping up laundry to dry cleaning. It's not just me. This is their rule. I've washed those shirts a dozen times at different places. No one questions the order, and there has never been a problem.

Within an hour, I received a text saying the price would be $64 for a king size spread. I called them immediately and told them to check the size because it is a queen size. When I picked up the spread yesterday, I was charged $59.59. I questioned the price and was told they increased all their prices (in a week).
